How to fix CIZO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CIZO app on iPhone
Update CIZO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CIZO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CIZO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CIZO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CIZO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CIZO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CIZO App
1. On android, goto Settings » CIZO » click [Force Stop]

Update CIZO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CIZO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CIZO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CIZO.

Fix CIZO unable to contact server/ CIZO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CIZO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CIZO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CIZO
