Have had for some time. Over 18 scenes - now all the sudden when an ad opens it freezes and I loose that game and have to start over. Used to happen once in a blue moon! Now it happens every game!

None of the videos are opening. It’s says no available video at this time and it has been saying this for a week. It did seem to return to normal for a few days but no it is happening again. I have tried a force stop plus the solution on Facebook and neither has corrected this issue. Thank you.

How to fix Solitaire app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Solitaire app on iPhone
Update Solitaire app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Solitaire iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Solitaire on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Solitaire network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Solitaire Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Solitaire not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Solitaire App
1. On android, goto Settings » Solitaire » click [Force Stop]

Update Solitaire to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Solitaire App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Solitaire » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Solitaire.

Fix Solitaire unable to contact server/ Solitaire internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Solitaire » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Solitaire » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
