I have been unable to get this program to work properly. I am logged in, but it continues to tell me to log in and the data update has failed. I paid for a month and not able to get any answers for my issues.

How to fix Reports+ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Reports+ app on iPhone
Update Reports+ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Reports+ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Reports+ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Reports+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Reports+ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Reports+ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Reports+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » Reports+ » click [Force Stop]

Update Reports+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Reports+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Reports+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Reports+.

Fix Reports+ unable to contact server/ Reports+ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Reports+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Reports+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Reports+
