Need some quicker improvements

Have user logins saved automatically or at least entered with a simple faced scan. Much quicker and smoover login. Also have the option to either save card info in the account along with billing so we don’t have input all our infomation from scratch for each raffle. Saves us some time. You can also have your apple wallet info submit your info like other sneaker store apps have it. Another thing phone user input needs to be fixed I keep getting invalid number. No way around it !

Good app, Great Products. But never Won On a Raffle!

I like the variety of products and the quality. I also like the access to enter raffles for upcoming drops. The only downside is enter raffle and the low chance of winning. It there was a way to gain extra entry’s or something that would make raffle a move better experience. The unknowing after entering a raffle, if you won or not to. You never know if you won. I have never won so I don’t know what to look for if you get an email or not. But I do know if you don’t win, you don’t get any info that you lost. You just have to check you bank account if any charges were made.

Easy to use

Easy to use app. Would like to see an option to save some settings during checkout, phone number and card info requires to be refilled each time. And also would like to see sizing guide for items, Birkenstock’s in particular. Not sure how the sizing is, but I do know they usually have narrow and wide options on other sites.
