I like the variety of products and the quality. I also like the access to enter raffles for upcoming drops. The only downside is enter raffle and the low chance of winning. It there was a way to gain extra entry’s or something that would make raffle a move better experience.
The unknowing after entering a raffle, if you won or not to. You never know if you won. I have never won so I don’t know what to look for if you get an email or not. But I do know if you don’t win, you don’t get any info that you lost. You just have to check you bank account if any charges were made.

FEATURE is really user friendly and easy to use. The ease of finding product is really quite nice. The one change I would like to see is when you put in for draws on the releases tab it would be nice if it told you that you have been registered for the draw, would be very nice to see this in FEATURE . Other than that definantly the bomb! Thanks this app!

Have user logins saved automatically or at least entered with a simple faced scan. Much quicker and smoover login. Also have the option to either save card info in the account along with billing so we don’t have input all our infomation from scratch for each raffle. Saves us some time. You can also have your apple wallet info submit your info like other sneaker store apps have it. Another thing phone user input needs to be fixed I keep getting invalid number. No way around it !

Love FEATURE and the ease of searching for products within it. I also like it for the releases/draw tab and how convenient and easy it is to submit my entry for releases that I hope to get. Have not run into any major glitches and the only thing I wish is that it would remind you which releases and raffles you have registered for

Easy to use app. Would like to see an option to save some settings during checkout, phone number and card info requires to be refilled each time. And also would like to see sizing guide for items, Birkenstock’s in particular. Not sure how the sizing is, but I do know they usually have narrow and wide options on other sites.

Pretty good. this app itself is a great place to shop online. Good products. As far as app I wish it was not like the website version. Not that it’s bad, I just expected a little more with simplicity and functionality. Please add a way to save our credit card info and address info for easy check out and raffle entry.

This is an amazing app and is very user-friendly. Although one thing I would like to be changed and this is it is if you enter in a raffle it would be nice to know Even if you didn’t win. Other than that everything is great. Customer service is on point as well.

This is an excellent app the look and ease of use is wonderful. this app has a great selection. Only thing I wish was different if you clicked on a raffle FEATURE would remind you that you’re already entered . Only other thing that would make FEATURE the best would be if I win Travis 6 raffle lol

I like the layout and ease of using FEATURE . It would be nice if it notified you when you’ve already entered a raffle. For example, where the “Enter Raffle” is located it can say “Entered” or something similar

I absolutely love shopping with this app and now it’s way easier with FEATURE . I also enjoy the easy check out process and editorials. It’s just an overall great app to stay up to date on fashion.

App is very smooth and very convenient for raffles , I find it’s laggy when I use the website to fill out raffle forms but FEATURE is smooth and quick . Great app with great items . I only wish I could win a raffle on FEATURE

Truly a great app... Exclusive access drops frequently, and a wide variety of Clothing, shoes, accessories and everything else needed to stay fly. I won’t be spending my money anywhere else on shoes and apparel.

Downloaded the this app app for the raffles at first it was hard to use but the new update has made it easier haven’t got a W yet but it will come eventually
