Worst app ever

Again spent two hours trying to get the UA lion set up. Tried to set up the firmware and spent an hour loading installing UA connect on my PC. Pace took 15 minutes alone to install. Pace did not appear like it wanted to connect with UA connect took several attempts and then finally completed install on PC connected with UA Connect and allowed the firmware updates. Tried to connect with pedal with iPhone 15 Pro Max with latest iOS 17.1 with no luck. Tried my iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 14.8 and it was able to connect and install the presets … went back to the iPhone 15 Pro and it was finally able to connect. UA has provided no instructions on this install. Very Sloppy Engineering if you asked me. Firmware and preset and registration should not take two hours and two iPhones. Unbelievable!
Enigmatic indeed

I have always shied away from pedals that need app support, maybe I’m old school. I can see why this app has such bad ratings. Just received the brand new Enigmatic and the app is just frozen. I was initially able to connect the pedal to my phone via Bluetooth and the pedal loaded the presets as I expected however, since then I cannot access the pedal through the app, despite disconnecting from power multiple times, reestablishing, the Bluetooth connection, and closing and reopening the app, if this doesn’t improve immediately, this thing is going right back to Sweetwater.
Frustrating

The app itself is an absolute pain to use with the OX STOMP. Precise adjustments are impossible to achieve with the sliders. Even more frustrating is how difficult it is to demo different sounds. — Want to spend 30 seconds trying out a cab? Oops, the phone went to sleep and now the app has disconnected from the pedal. Please start over — The OX BOX has a desktop app. It is ridiculous that the OX STOMP does not.
