Now it’s one glitch after another with the latest set of updates. We used to be able to choose what side games/events and when. Now you have no choice. I prefer how it was before. There’s also glitches with getting rewards for reaching each level in the events now, unlike before. I’ve written to their support team about not getting rewards and nothing was resolved, and I got yelled at for not informing them sooner (as in the first day of the event). I told them I did, but it had taken them 2 full days to reply. Events are only 3 days long so they ran out the clock, not me. An event just ended and I unlocked the final basket prize several times yet got nothing at all from it. Very frustrating. Another event starts in less than 24 hours now so no point writing to the support team again since another event will have already started before they reply back.
Even their responses here clearly indicate they don’t bother to read reviews. Every response is the same. Thank you for your review please contact our support team. I’ll bet I’ll get the same even though I’ve pointed it out.

Please improve the ratio of proper items received. I know it’s supposed to be random but it’s ridiculous that sometimes you may not receive one item you need then have to wait 45 min to try again and receive one item that you can’t match.

The room decoration section is enjoyable and I really like the realistic decor vs cartoony stuff but the amount of time it takes to get one item is insane and enough to make me want to pull the plug. I’ve even purchased gems to try to speed it up and ran into the same issue so I feel like I’m throwing my money away and won’t continue playing.

I’ve been working on getting one item from the toolbox for a week now. A week! And there aren’t any other items to try to get right now. It’s no fun to play a game 5-6 times a day for 30 seconds and it take 2 weeks to complete one task.

This was a great game until the Boho Bedroom and about level 12. I have been working over a week on one task( there aren’t any other tasks available). The last few levels have only given me a few coins for rewards. It was fun, but now it is just annoying. I am hoping once I get past this task it will be better.

I really like merge games and so far this is the best one. Unfortunately, it has many issues, just like the other merge games. First of all, you don’t get enough items from one cycle. I am currently trying to get the 2 cups and 2 small vases. You get the cup pieces from the cement bags, cement bags from tile shards, and the tile shards from bricks. It take several tries to get tile shards from the bricks.. once you make the cement bags, it puts out only 2 clay pieces! The cup and the vase are levels 5 and 6 respectively and I need 4 of them… it’s been over a week and I still don’t even have one cup. The worst part is that after the 2 clay pieces come out, the cement bag goes away and you have to make a whole new one, instead of it just reloading. It’s not fun anymore because every goal I have right now has a super hard to get item. The same thing happened last month when my only goal required me to reach level 14 of the tools. It literally took me the entire month. I think I might delete because it’s no longer fun, it’s gratuitous at this point.

Could be so fun, but when you run out of energy, the only way to keep playing is to purchase more, which wouldn’t be so bad except each time you buy energy, they raise the price. I paid $40 and it bought me only a couple of minutes of playing time. To continue playing now would cost me $75. That’s utter insanity. Who wants to play a game that they have to keep walking away from or else pay big bucks? Shame on you for taking advantage of your fans!

Game is good till you get into it. Then the merge items slow down and you can only do a couple of moves before it freezes. Then they want you to use diamonds to speed it up and unfreeze. Of course they want you to purchase diamonds.

Also the selections for the designs are pretty bland, creating sterile monochrome neutral rooms.

It is a very nice put together game. Very visually aesthetic and love to design the rooms. However, the items have such short “life span” that I could only tap on them for less than 10 times before they made me wait again. So each time I open the game, I may be playing it for less than 5 minutes making very little to no progress. That really kills my interests on wanting to move forward. It is about momentum and this wait really kills my momentum to a point that I lose interests. Please reconsider this timing issue.

The game is fun to play but there are a few things that annoy me. First of all I have been working on a level for OVER A MONTH now. I had to merge something to level 14 and the item boxes consistently time out too quickly. If I can’t get below 50 energy to merge items, how am I supposed to achieve a level 14 item? Again, the game is really fun but the amount of time it takes to merge items is way too long.

This is a great game! However, only three rooms to decorate???
I originally gave it 5 stars, but after waiting a month for more rooms to decorate I have had to come back and give lower stars! You have greatly disappointed me! All the games I have played over the years, I have NEVER played such a short game!

MergeDesign overall is very good, but there is a glitch that I’d like to report. Whenever I finish a task that can upgrade something in the room, it does not let me and shows weird buttons. I also can not press the settings button. I’d like if this could be looked at and fixed. Thanks.

I used to love this game. Then you got greedy. Ads everywhere now, that you have to pay to get rid of. And the ads freeze up my phone half the time. There’s already plenty of things to spend money on. You took a fun game, and completely ruined it.

This game was fun for a few levels, until suddenly you can no longer achieve the goals because the game pieces are flat not available. Scissors are no where to be found, even to purchase, and the sewing kit which was achievable through the expensive flash sale purchase of a needle is only available for a few days. These items don’t come out of anything else, but they are needed to proceed through level 5. I’m about ready to delete the game because while I love the cute IKEA theme the repetition that goes no where is irritating. Please fix. I would like to continue with this merge game!

This is my favorite merge game: the graphics are cute and well-done, the quests are challenging, the decorating is fun. I haven’t even hit a wall where I can’t make something like many others seem to have done. HOWEVER, what am I missing? It literally says that there are hundreds of rooms to renovate and even after the last update, I only have seven. What’s up?

I know every game needs updates, but the price of things you sell is way lower than what it used to be and it was surprising to see I was only getting 2 coins for selling a max merged item rather then the 30 to 100 coins I was getting before. I’m not sure if that’s because you’ll get more coins from piggy banks and from the newly added daily rewards but it was unexpected and a little upsetting. This is my favorite merge game so I will continue to play.

I have been playing this game non-stop for a month and i’m sad to say i’ve already finished all the rooms :( wish there was more. I also want to suggest a feature for helping friends out with supplies maybe thru game centre or facebook.
Please add more rooms.

I like the game, but I’ve seem to hit a wall with my current tasks. I have no way to access the items, like the scissors and needles, from my merge board and they are not a level up bonus item. I’m not sure how I am to expand without these. Kind of bringing the game down.

I agree with another review. I’ve hit a wall on what I can make. I need feathers, curtains and a rug with no explanations or tutorial on how to get them. I’ve opened all chests possible hoping for a clue. Also, the “support” button doesn’t go anywhere so that’s not helpful either. Please update!

Love the game, but it takes too long for your energy to restore and there are no videos to watch to speed up the time.

I really like the game. The designing aspect is nice and there is a lot of space compared to other games. On the other hand, how the heck do I get a potted flower? I have been stuck multiple times while I play and it takes a long time to figure it out. Please give more hints or have the items relate more closely. Thanks

I really like this game.. there are a few things that bug me though, like when is there going to be more rooms to work on??? I just finished the last one available which is the artists room and the next one just says coming soon... but it’s been saying that for like a month... so when will there be more rooms??
