Now it’s one glitch after another with the latest set of updates. We used to be able to choose what side games/events and when. Now you have no choice. I prefer how it was before. There’s also glitches with getting rewards for reaching each level in the events now, unlike before. I’ve written to their support team about not getting rewards and nothing was resolved, and I got yelled at for not informing them sooner (as in the first day of the event). I told them I did, but it had taken them 2 full days to reply. Events are only 3 days long so they ran out the clock, not me. An event just ended and I unlocked the final basket prize several times yet got nothing at all from it. Very frustrating. Another event starts in less than 24 hours now so no point writing to the support team again since another event will have already started before they reply back.
Even their responses here clearly indicate they don’t bother to read reviews. Every response is the same. Thank you for your review please contact our support team. I’ll bet I’ll get the same even though I’ve pointed it out.

I really like merge games and so far this is the best one. Unfortunately, it has many issues, just like the other merge games. First of all, you don’t get enough items from one cycle. I am currently trying to get the 2 cups and 2 small vases. You get the cup pieces from the cement bags, cement bags from tile shards, and the tile shards from bricks. It take several tries to get tile shards from the bricks.. once you make the cement bags, it puts out only 2 clay pieces! The cup and the vase are levels 5 and 6 respectively and I need 4 of them… it’s been over a week and I still don’t even have one cup. The worst part is that after the 2 clay pieces come out, the cement bag goes away and you have to make a whole new one, instead of it just reloading. It’s not fun anymore because every goal I have right now has a super hard to get item. The same thing happened last month when my only goal required me to reach level 14 of the tools. It literally took me the entire month. I think I might delete because it’s no longer fun, it’s gratuitous at this point.

Please improve the ratio of proper items received. I know it’s supposed to be random but it’s ridiculous that sometimes you may not receive one item you need then have to wait 45 min to try again and receive one item that you can’t match.

The room decoration section is enjoyable and I really like the realistic decor vs cartoony stuff but the amount of time it takes to get one item is insane and enough to make me want to pull the plug. I’ve even purchased gems to try to speed it up and ran into the same issue so I feel like I’m throwing my money away and won’t continue playing.

I’ve been working on getting one item from the toolbox for a week now. A week! And there aren’t any other items to try to get right now. It’s no fun to play a game 5-6 times a day for 30 seconds and it take 2 weeks to complete one task.
