When I try to enter in a room ID or my name, KalturaVideoConferencing immediately just closes itself. I have perfectly fine connection and plenty of data. Wouldn’t recommend KalturaVideoConferencing to anybody.

KalturaVideoConferencing constantly forces itself closed. There is no connection issue on my end. Every other app on my phone works perfectly fine. It is definitely KalturaVideoConferencing .

Worst app ever, lags , deletes and crashes

Terrible app, it constantly closes when trying to join a session, when you do get in the session you will usually have no audio or KalturaVideoConferencing will close it self in a couple seconds. I literally would never recommend KalturaVideoConferencing to any one, please save your self the headache and go with a better video conferencing app.

Almost no aspect of KalturaVideoConferencing functions. I can never join classes, it drops Bluetooth constantly, sometimes it switches from Bluetooth to speaker and back constantly. Avoid it at all costs, it should be removed since it crashes right after launch.

I was in online class and suddenly I kicked off and it happened 2 times in 20 min the class was 2 hours so you can calculate how many times in kicked off, too many times so please.
Developers who working pls take that on first priority and fix that, the rest of KalturaVideoConferencing looks good.

I would NEVER choose to use an app like this. The website forces you to download KalturaVideoConferencing, then it states “App access not supported” for your class.
Teachers, parents, administrators, students - STAY AWAY FROM KalturaVideoConferencing/KALTURA.
You and your students will NOT be able to access their class with KalturaVideoConferencing.

The iPad and iPhone application is pretty useless. You can only hear or see people but no share screen or quiz mode. It’s also choppy and unresponsive. Delayed response to any button. Not sure why even bother to have an app when it’s not usually for training platform.

It does not connect me to my meetings at all. It just doesn’t work. And I can’t use Newrow on my browsers anymore either so I can’t use my phone and am completely limited to my computer.

I've been trying to join a training that I was really excited for and KalturaVideoConferencing, both on iphone and ipad really didn't work at all. Transitioning to breakout rooms, or a video, all provided issues. It's been chaos. An option to dial in via phone when KalturaVideoConferencing is not working would be nice. Really wished this training had chosen Zoom :(

KalturaVideoConferencing - and this one specifically - disables Bluetooth audio. I have EarPods in playing something before joining a meeting and KalturaVideoConferencing disconnects them until I force exit KalturaVideoConferencing . Avoid at all costs.
