The “beurer HealthManager Pro” app displays all data relating to your health and fitness in a detailed and clear manner.
Import your data such as weight, blood pressure, activity, sleep, pulse, temperature and pulse oximeter readings into the Apple Health app.
Do you already use the “beurer HealthManager” app? You can simply transfer all your data to the new “beurer HealthManager Pro” app and continue with your health management there.
With the “beurer MyCardio Pro” service, you receive a detailed analysis of your ECG measurements immediately, as well as a professional report to send to your doctor.
The measurements you take are for your information only – they are not a substitute for a medical examination! Discuss your measured values with your doctor and never make your own medical decisions based on them (e.g. regarding medicine doses).
Sometimes it is important to make a note of certain information, like health problems, emotions or stress, in order to correctly understand extreme values for example.
The “beurer HealthManager Pro” app makes it easier for you to manage your health at home and on the go.

After updating beurerHealthManagerPro all the measurements and my device has been removed, just disappeared from beurerHealthManagerPro .
I no longer can compare the old measurements with the new ones.
Updates should update beurerHealthManagerPro without destroying the data.

I bought a Beurer series 600 Blood Pressure Monitor today and it works perfectly. However, it was impossible to link beurerHealthManagerPro to the device and the Bluetooth capability is now useless. I paid the extra cost to get an additional cool feature but I wasted my money. I was expecting better from a German product.

Easily one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Online Account creation errors out, cannot connect to my device through BlueTooth, although the tutorial pages look helpful if they’re inaccurate it doesn’t matter.
One great feature is the Scan & Save, uploads info based on scanning device screen. Works perfect every time

Pros:
If you want a list for your doctor. If you want a bold pressure reading. If you want Apple Watch compatible. If you want IPhone Health apps compatible.
Cons:
Frequently asked questions and website defaults aren’t English.
Users interface in Apple Watch is in another language.
User interface in iPhone accessible yet too many hoops to navigate intuitively.
Unsure currently if the next doctors list will be in other than English.
Tip: Have an intuitive method for choosing the best language at least in the Apple Watch

App has a bug. Adds .2 pounds when downloading from scale to App. However not all the time and if you look in history the correct weight exist. Other than that beurerHealthManagerPro seems fine.

I’ve had this device for about 6 months now. It’s pretty basic. Automatically transfers data for two people to app. Nothing spectacular. But, worth having as back up if the device quits. Worth having!

I have changed batteries, restarted phone, reinstalled app in all possible combinations.
I give up.

The language is in German on the apple watch app for the BM81. Yes, my phone is set to United States English.

beurerHealthManagerPro won’t stay connected to the device and it’s a huge, multi step process to connect them again. Also, beurerHealthManagerPro is ugly and unintuitive. It gives you the least amount of info in the most confusing way. Where’s that “German Engineering” they’re so proud of?
