it's ridiculous how hard this is to cancel. I want to cancel my subscription immediately.

My son has taken to living paw patrol, so obviously we would get this game for him. I read these reviews, understood some of the risk, but didn’t think every one of them would happen - but I was wrong. We haven’t had sound in game since week 1. He loves Marshal and Rubble, so I purchased those for him - assuming that if I didn’t delete and reinstall the app in an effort to get the nonfunctional sound to work, we’d be ok. Problem is, the game started freezing up a few days ago and we had no option but to force close the app, then reopen. When we opened it back up, Marshal and Rubble are again locked. What a joke. Please, fellow parents, don’t fall for this like we did. It’s incredibly unfortunate that a franchise that so many kids love can’t give minimal effort to maintain a reasonable product, it’s just all about the $$$.

I installed the app and subscribed to noggin due to the latest special of 3 months for $0.99 per month, but now after one month they want to charge the normal fee for the subscription. I wish they would have kept the other two remaining months for the $0.99 but I am considering cancelling when the time is up. Since Its false advertising.

This game was fun but I want to know something. My son accidentally deleted the game, so when I download it again I already have to start the game from the beginning? Although I bought all the dogs, I only needed the yellow to have them all. Just today I bought Rocky, and after that I accidentally delete the game. Is that already wasted money and lost dogs?
