Paid for this game in 2021. Now the format has changed and it asks me to pay to play for “energy.” So much for the “Pay once, play forever“ promise. Developer is too lazy to just make new games, just trying to remonetize old ones. Insult to injury? Support button doesn’t work - clicks nowhere - and game crashes back to beginning. So long Elephant …..

1) The energy is too low and it costs about 10 energy for every action. Although I thank you for extra 20 energy claimable every 24 hours, please either increase the energy points or have an option to view ads to replenish more energy quickly.

2) I was mainly compelled in to writing this review because occasionally my progress got reset which means to play the game again and again and to wait sooo long just to get to the place I was before reset. Please fix to get improved rating, especially this reset problem

WTH! Why why why do u have to wait sooooo long for energy. It’s maddening. You get to play the game for like a half hour and then wait an entire day for the energy to go up to 300. Common guys, 5 minutes for every 1 energy. It’s so f’ing stupid. I can’t stand it. Deleting right now.

Absolutely loved the game at first. The story and all was great but then you have to wait for energy or pay. Screw that. I will not play a game I have to wait to play. It should be a one set affordable price to play the whole game or not. Deleted and won’t try another. 😞

The game was already a little annoying because of the energy requirement thing. Whatever that is. It just seems like a way to get money and I don’t care for that. But the game itself was decent but then in the middle of a scene, my item started to just disappear so I couldn’t use them on anything and when I went out of the game and came back in the whole game started over without me doing it. Definitely going to get my money back.

I purchased this game eight months ago and I've played it several times. When I downloaded it again today it's asking me to pay to recharge the game at different points. Plus there's no strategy guide anymore like before. I'd like to know what happened to the buy it now play it forever promise. Absolutely nothing about this is right. What is up with you elephant games?. This stinks!

I know the devs run a business and put a lot of effort into the game, but this is a terrible model. Once you’re in a decent way, the energy drains super fast, leaving you to pay excessively or wait for 24 hours for a tiny boost, which again quickly runs out. I don’t mind watching ads or paying up front. This is just an ugly cash grab, though. I will be uninstalling.

This game it very frustrating! Some people wanna sit down and read a book all day. I wanted to sit down and play this game all day. Unfortunately the “energy” drains then you have to wait hours to advance. Play for 10 min then the energy is gone again.

You have to use energy to complete every task. Even with the 200 energy they give you as a gift, you’ll be out in less than 30 minutes and will have to buy more or quit until it replenishes. This is not what I consider f2p and it’s not the model other f2p adventure games follow.

The game is engaging and the interest to keep playing is definitely there, the only complaint I have is how fast your energy dies.

I downloaded this game after playing and enjoying similar mystery games by a different developer. While the graphics are good and the story is interesting, I am a bit disappointed that this game was labeled “F2P” as it is not truly free to play. You have limited energy in this game, so when you run out, you can either wait until your energy refills (you gain 1 energy point every 5 minutes) or purchase more energy. Other games in this genre that are labeled “F2P” are truly free to play and do not run on a limited energy model. It would be nice if there were more ways to gain free energy (besides the free 20 points every 24 hours), such as watching ads.

The games are fun, but the energy is so annoying, especially when it takes an entire day to refill. I refuse to spend money on it.

This game is fantastic. I enjoyed every minute of it. This is a must buy. Also, love that it’s a new series. Looking forward to the next one.👍

I loved the storyline and that fact that the dialogue was in a larger print. Wonderful. What are the other titles that you have?

I loved it because it has a variety of puzzles and great graphics to go along with the storyline. Looking forward to playing the next game.

Thank you elephant games for a new series. I really enjoyed this game. I love the 2 new main characters. The story was easy to follow, I had no problems with anything. You could customize your settings and the map transported you to your location without any problems. I’m looking forward to seeing more from this series.

I’ve played a lot of games similar to yours, but the best part was when I ran out of energy and couldn’t play again until it filled up. It’s so difficult for me to walk away from playing, I’m enjoying it so much. I’ll be downloading it again in the future. Thanks!
