I want to address the issue that I've been experiencing with one of your developers. A promise was made to me that if I met specific criteria, which I did, I would receive a free paddle worth up to $200. However, the developer has been unresponsive to my inquiries and did not follow through on the promise in a timely manner.
Over the course of a month, I reached out to the developer multiple times through various channels, including SwishSports , Facebook messenger, and text message. Despite my efforts, I received no response until it was roughly a month later and multiple attempts were made. I made a review then you tried to reach out to save face. While I appreciate that the he has attempted to reach out to me, the delay of over a month is unacceptable.
I no longer desire to receive the paddle that was promised to me, but I still expect the company to treat their customers with respect and fulfill their commitments in a timely manner. I invested a lot of time and effort into fulfilling the criteria, and it's disappointing to be ignored and left without any resolution.
I hope that the company takes appropriate steps to address this issue and ensure that other customers don't have similar experiences in the future.
