I purchased diamonds and never received them although money was taken from my account. Apple refused to refund me and the developer still hasn’t responded to the message I sent them. Total rip off. Now they have ads before and after every level played. Don’t waste your time on this.

Not fun to play when it freezes and you have to restart after every single game.

I bought 20.00 worth of gems and it never credits your account. You go to help and it offers you a chat that no one answers. Scammers and thieves!

It’s annoying when it’s not even about time management. It seems all time management games are just a money grab. It’s impossible to keep up. Why are there people asking for a room when all the rooms are full and they are still asking for food? Of course they are going to get mad and leave. Why are multiple people asking for the one food that takes the longest, doesn’t self generate, and only gives one item at a time? You don’t even stand a chance. There is no mathematical sequence to the code. It’s all just a mess. A half done thrown together mess. The graphics are great, but the extra outfits are not appealing. They aren’t going clubbing, they are professionals running a hotel and should have nice outfits that reflect that.

This game is impossible to progress in a timely manner or beat unless you have lots and lots of gems, and they’re barely given as rewards. You are going to have to spend a lot of money to beat this game. I actually bought gems a few times, but suddenly there was some bug in the game that totally gave me gems for every goal I’d already beat every time I logged into the game, so I was able to get as many gems as I could ever want and never have to buy again. I beat it, it was anticlimactic but at least it cost me way less than it would have otherwise. It’s not worth playing unless you get the same bug.

Since the Birseck Castle the touch sensitivity of the game has become horrible. You have to touch the same spot several times to register it. Have lost the same level many times because I expected the touch to pick up the item or perform the action only to realize that it did not happen and all the subsequent events fail. Please fix this!

Otherwise this is an amazing game!!
