Diary with lock - one journal Reviews

It’s a pretty good app, I only have one problem. I’m not sure why you have to pay to have a password on your diary. I have a sister that likes to snoop through my phone and if she looks through my diary she’ll see everything I have got to say, (and trust me, it ain’t pretty). She’ll probably tell momma what I’ve been saying and doing, and mom will probably ground be for an entire lifetime. If there were a lock on it then my sister will know not to try to unlock it. I know you get money off of it because people pay for it, but can’t you let the lock be free? If you help me out I will be really really grateful!

I absolutely love Diarywithlock…instead of writing my worries and stuff on paper so my mom and dad can snoop and look at my stuff I don’t wanna tell them cuz I’ll get in trouble, I live Diarywithlock but, why the buying stuff. I want a password on my thing so my mom or dad don’t see the days I’ve been having behind there back! And I can’t ask to buy it cuz they are just gonna ask for the password and know what it is and see…so please creator of Diarywithlock…at least change the password thing it makes no sense…I beg you get rid of the paying for a password thing…thank you…

This is my first online journal app and I really enjoy just sitting back and relaxing while writing/typing in my journal. Although, I wish that the lock and permanent font options were free to everyone. My phone doesn’t allow me to do in-app purchases, so I’m not able to get the premium version. Is there any way that you could make another app just for the people who can’t do in-app purchases?

I love this diary because I seem to have lost my original one and this is only a replacement for the I find my diary back.

It had the most comfortable places in the WORLD!!! it said that it won't steal any information from you and I was happy about that. The very simple textures are unique to me and it just had the vide for me.

For people who are simple writers I could recommend this!

This Diary is nice, paid the full lifetime pkg, well worth it. It has all the necessary interface and ease of use. I just bring it up and start writing.

I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because unless I am doing something wrong this diary/journal has no spell check. It’s annoying having to go back to correct grammar and spelling.

If I am wrong and Diarywithlock does have spell check option. Please post a response.

I wish you would update this because im sure its a bug. But some days and even a some months when clicked on will cause Diarywithlock to glitch out and leave Diarywithlock . I really wish they would fix this sooner since it is impeding my enjoyment of Diarywithlock and also the usability of it.

Hello i set a pin on Diarywithlock to lock it and its an important date so there is no way i could forget it, i also tried the pin before and it worked fine then i closed Diarywithlock and wanted to go back in again and it locked me out and says my pin is wrong. Help im trying to get back in or can i have my money back.

I don’t speak all these languages. I am learning Standard French, Standard German, Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.

I expected a password protected system of journaling, which would be keyword and date/time searchable in the future, when I wanted to search it as an index. I expected it to surprise me with somewhat more then that, because some people are more demanding then I am. And to no great shock, it turns out to be great. So far...

i had this tab opened and i was writing a draft for a new story because i liked Diarywithlock and wanted to use it. then the tab closed out and when i opened it again the entire draft was gone. that was just the first time. i was listening to it with a different app because i struggle at staying focused on written words and i went to pause my music via my lockscreen. when i pulled it back up and saw the tab it was stuck on a loading screen. i went to my homescreen and left Diarywithlock open and went back to it to see if it fixed. it did not. so to make it work i had to close and re open the tab, losing all the progress in my rewritten draft. this was really stressful and i just want to get this one storyline done

I only gave this 5 stars so people could see this, Ok Diarywithlock is great and all, but before you buy it you need to buy premium to lock your diary and it’s 10 dollars if you want to spend it go for it! But for me I think that is an insane price for something you can write in a REAL diary! Anyways this game is cool!

The UI is simple and easy to understand and I like that you can change the color of the text. I also like that you have a mood meter for every journal entry and the backup feature is also nice. It’s a really amazing app and I hope they add more features in the the future!!

So far so good... but where is the spell check? I’ve looked but don’t see one. Totally feel like this should be an option. Pretty annoying that it isn’t there actually.

It is designed with ALMOST everything you would want in a journal except there is no self-correcting feature. Think about adding this in the next version. I hate manually correcting my typing errors.

I wanted something to just kinda write my thoughts in that could be locked but you cant lock it without paying for premium and I dont know if its glitchy or if it also doesnt save what you write without premium because I wrote something this morning and right now when I went to look at it it was completely erased except for the time I wrote my entry?? Definitely not worth the download.

Looking through the few other reviews, I have to agree that the lack of spell check is hindering. The layout is decent, so hopefully the new version is out sooner than later. I can’t pay for a version that doesn’t have this feature.

Why would you advertise a lock in Diarywithlock when you literally have to pay for it? Doesn’t matter to me I will just be copying everything I wrote in your money hungry app and pasting it else where. Good bye.

Every time I choose different months to input other journals from other days…. Diarywithlock CRASHES!!!! Please fix this problem!!! I spent $10 on Diarywithlock for it to work!!! Not worth it!!!

So I wanted to let my feeling out and so I got Diarywithlock and I can let my feelings out without anyone there and it is just amazing!

Is there a way to use spell check or auto fill in Diarywithlock like you do anywhere else on an iPhone? Without it my spelling is terrible as I quickly type, seems very weird that auto fill doesn’t work on here...

Diarywithlock is simple and just what I needed, a place to write that is password protected, but please please please enable auto correct. Typing a lot without auto correct is a nightmare. Please fix it!

Can’t lock without paid version. $2/week is extreme.

It says “diary with lock” and only gives you a lock if you pay. I’m not paying for an app
