I appreciate the content of Not The Bee, but NottheBee is horrible. There are a ton of ads that are constantly loading and either covering part of the screen, or moving the text I’m trying to read. Of course, that’s only a problem when NottheBee actually loads. Most of the time, NottheBee crashes while it’s loading so there’s no opportunity to be annoyed by the ads.

I love not the bee. Honestly, I do. But wow your ads are getting terrible. It has gotten to the point the videos literally invade and take over your screen so you have to back out of them over and over again. And not to mention for being Christian and conservative some of them are downright inappropriate. Don’t mean to be so harsh, and I know you guys have to make money. I’m cool with some ads. But this is getting out of hand.

Most people that download NottheBee probably love the content already. I’m here to talk about NottheBee itself:

Layout is fine, but navigation is a little tough some times. My wishlist of changes would include a sort option, easier transition to “next” article, and general navigation improvements.

My biggest issue with your app is the ads. They often force the page to adjust spacing, causing the page to “jump” and making it difficult to read the article. Sometimes certain ads will make the page reload. This is especially bad when there are imbedded tweets, which also reload, and the page goes nuts. I understand you are involved in journalism as a way to make a living and ads are necessary, but please work with your advertising group to make sure the ads don’t interfere with use of your app.

NottheBee is a great app- one that I go to multiple times a day for news, especially for stories I might not find elsewhere.

My only point of contention is that the ads seem to mess up the articles- to the point now today that I can’t even finish an article because the ad keeps flipping off and on, or appears then disappears then appears again, which constantly moves me up or down the text of the story while reading and scrolling.

I definitely appreciate the content you bring to the end user and the ability to get it from an app. Fixing the issue mentioned above would allow me ti add that final star to an otherwise great product.

This is definitely by far so much better than Facebook (Faceplant), Instagram (InstantIdiots) or TicToc (Chinese hack job). The race to be the first to comment on a new article is fun game we all do.

People are friendly and we keep it clean.

Not the Bee is an incredible place to find out about all the crazy things going on in the world that you might not otherwise hear about, and small stories that are very important and wouldn’t typically get featured. Love the mix of serious and funny/uplifting!

For lovers of the Babylon Bee, there is news out there so weird you would expect it to be from the Bee, but it’s real. Not The Bee captures those items, and provides a social network where lovers of these insights can thrive together.

I downloaded NottheBee before the censors decide to “cancel” it too. Though my reviews are often cancelled by the powers that be at NottheBee Store. The censors are never the good guys.

Not the Bee is extraordinary in finding things that seem like they should be on the Babylon Bee, but are actually real, not satire.

Good layout. Good news. Doesn't force you to make an account unless you want to use online services. Shows all of their news articles in one place. Haven't seen any ads yet. For an app that shows the hypocrisy of politics in quality I give it a solid 5/5.

This is no Babylon bee of stuff you can’t trust. This is real news from a satirical perspective. They point out the not main stream news cycles and highlight some absurdities in the world around us. Now I don’t have to open up a web browser and I can click and scroll. About time!

I completely enjoy reading these articles. Such a creative style to write in and so refreshing to get in this world of news that’s all doom and gloom. They just have a knack for saying what everyone’s thinking anyway. Definitely a must have app for the Home Screen news section!

There’s fun, there’s laughter, there’s cordial discussions, not to mention jest battles of anything you can imagine. If you have a hobby or an interest, there’s a group for it. The news makes me crazy. Angry, and crazy. However, getting my news from Not the Bee let’s me stay informed and keep my stress level low(er).
Added bonus is the social side of NottheBee , especially in COVID times, is incredibly valuable, even if you aren’t in lockdown.
My favorite app on my iPhone, and I actually have it on all my iOS devices. So grateful for the blessings that are TBB and NtB! ❤️

They do not miss a beat with their articles lol what a great group of writers.

Devs listen to feedback and constantly make improvements. When I had an issue with following users they found & fixed the bug that same day! 👌

But my favorite part is the attached soc media! Can’t believe how nice everyone is, especially since it *is* still the internet.

I have been a paid subscriber for 6 weeks. This place is amazing and I love it! NottheBee functionality is so fun, they change things up, and it’s like a big online party. I have made fast friends with a lot of people and I love the ad free experience. There is even a social podcast to get to know others on the site. 10 stars!

I love the Babylon Bee, Disrn, and Not the Bee. The three of them together make up a glorious trinity of fake news you can trust, real news, and almost-can’t-be-real-but-it-is news, respectively. The social network side of NottheBee gives a healthy place where things can be discussed in a civilized [and humorous] manner. If you are tired of the mainstream, and you love humor and conservative values, you may want to consider subscribing to Not the Bee so you can enjoy NottheBee to the fullest.

this app is the most incredible news source this side of the original Pennsylvania Gazette. Their satirical but truthful approach to both political and everyday news brightens my day and informs in all aspects of life as a human being. They continue to be an unbiased news source that provides both hilarious and informational commentary regarding all political stances. If you don’t give this app a try you can’t truly say you are open minded to others ideas and methods.

this app riffs on the success of it’s well known and successful sister website: The Babylon Bee.

The unique twist is that most of the stories at NTB are in fact real news stories that seem as though they could be satirical.

Articles are a broad mix of serious and silly topics - all written in a witty, interesting format (often combining gifs and memes to emphasize the author’s expression).

In addition to being a fun place to snag some offbeat news, subscription NTB membership comes with access to a rapidly growing social media community. Fun features include the ability to add friends or simply follow another (this distinction can be used to hide/show aspects of personal info), post gifs/pics/memes, create polls and add or join unique groups (similar to other popular popular platforms).
