Translate Add Subtitles Video Reviews

On a foreign language music video, the translation was completely off! The subtitling in the original language was somewhat accurate but given that, I don’t understand how the translation was so wrong. I needed TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo for the translation, so I could not use TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo. Apple request for refund has been submitted.

Absolutely worthless! As soon as I paid for TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo , it started uploading video with no sound for some reason… now I have to have a backup app for subtitles in case this one starts acting up, making it absolutely pointless to have TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo in the first place… might as well go with a different app all the time

TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo glitches at least once every billing cycle. When it glitches it will not create subtitles, making TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo pointless. Customer care will sometimes reply in a timely manner, but I have currently been waiting for almost two weeks to hear back from the company about fixing this issue. So now I pay for an app that doesn’t work. Deleting my subscription and would not recommend TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo.

I have canceled my subscription and they are still trying to charge my cash app account after canceling. If you purchase TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo, do not use your bank card. They will continue to charge you each week up until the canceled date. I’ve canceled the service, but yet they’re still trying to charge me each week. Do not sign up for this service.

Purchase subscription. Was supposed to get 60 minutes for the month. Used less than 3 and it states that I have more minutes. Whatever. Purchased and additional 60 minutes for $3.99 and it still doesn’t work. Cant find a way to contact customer service. Don’t use.

I had to manually correct every caption. I could have used a free one and gotten the same results. I tried one project and I am VERY disappointed. I would like to cancel but the website for support doesn’t direct you to help. I thought this would be easier than and transcribing, but that is exactly what I ended up doing.

App is great when working…but I’ve just tried again and again to export a translated app that was upside down the first time. I went in and clicked the fix button and now … nothing will export. TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo crashes each time I try to export. I’ve even wasted money downloading more minutes to try to do it over. I don’t see any way to email developer…I like TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo …but it’s got bugs…

I’ve been using the translator app for the last two months and the translation from Russian to English is sporadic and inconsistent at best. Words are often missed by the translator and very often a glitch causes the translator not to work at all. I’ve deleted TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo and restarted it with the same problem. There’s no fix and I find that I’m paying for a monthly app that does not always work. This will be the last month I use TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo because of how inconsistent and problematic it is. Improvements must be made!

I am paying $5.49 monthly for the premium version, however, every time I use TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo a message is displayed with a remaining minutes countdown. It now states that I only have 55 minutes remaining. Why is this happening if I’m paying the premium rate?.

This apps acts like it’s free and is not. I pay for it and still crashes all the time, and the translation is not the best, I have to correct a lot. I hope to find something better!

If you don’t upgrade, it deletes the sound from your video so you’re not able to add in subtitles manually. The only option is a monthly basis. It doesn’t give you the minutes option that the description says it offers. Other than those issues, it’s pretty user friendly and easy to edit.

After a week for of this application being down is finally fixed. I sent an e-mail to the creator of TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo for tech support and never responded. It would have been nice to receive a response as a professional curtesy. This guy said in one of his responses to others users please contact me that I am very responsive..

This is a good app, fair translation with minimal correction. What I would add is the option to customize the subtitles a little better to fit in a format that works for tiktok specially, you can’t resize or put the captions in a space you like, they tend to go too long and tiktok comments and like icons tend to go over the subtitles

Easy to use, fairly accurate in its automatic subtitles (and editing is easy). Since I tend to do short videos, the cost for additional minutes is reasonable.
My biggest complaint is that you can’t delete projects! So I have this huge list of videos I’ve completed, that I’d love to get rid of, and there’s no way to do that.

However, how can’t I listen to it prior from exporting to the photo album? The “sink” of voice and translation doesn’t work 100% perfect. I need to make some editing myself. Please how can I listen to the video prior from exporting it? Thank you!

I have used TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo for years and loved it! My friends can send videos in other languages and I can translate them easily. Not it will not work and keeps failing. I cannot find a place to contact developer. I even purchased the premium to see if that would work. 😭

Literally the easiest to use caption app that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Mixcaptions makes you pay for everything meanwhile in TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo you get so much for free.

Translations to different languages. Literally going to allow me to expand my business so much. Highly reccomended.

Took a chance on TranslateAddSubtitlesVideo. And it delivered everything I needed. To make my videos. Wish I could delete projects I make, but for a free app, I am very impressed!
