App randomly stops working at least once a month

This app glitches at least once every billing cycle. When it glitches it will not create subtitles, making the app pointless. Customer care will sometimes reply in a timely manner, but I have currently been waiting for almost two weeks to hear back from the company about fixing this issue. So now I pay for an app that doesn’t work. Deleting my subscription and would not recommend this app.
Hard To Cancel

I have canceled my subscription and they are still trying to charge my cash app account after canceling. If you purchase this app, do not use your bank card. They will continue to charge you each week up until the canceled date. I’ve canceled the service, but yet they’re still trying to charge me each week. Do not sign up for this service.
Doesn’t work even after two purchases

Purchase subscription. Was supposed to get 60 minutes for the month. Used less than 3 and it states that I have more minutes. Whatever. Purchased and additional 60 minutes for $3.99 and it still doesn’t work. Cant find a way to contact customer service. Don’t use.
