Sat down at 10 dollar buy in cash game, played a couple hands, and my cards were invisible after that. Hand after hand I had no idea what my cards were, so I left the table, had about 9.75 left, they kept it. I couldn’t play, and I guess I couldn’t not play. No win situation , except for MGM and State of Michigan, 10 free dollars for them. Crooked game, crooked politicians. And if you think you can just dump the remainder of your deposit in a slot, most don’t even work.*** Tried poker again, this time, after two hours in a tournament, made the final table, and was disconnected because they say they couldn’t verify my location, which is the same as it always is, watched my chips get blinded out, finished in eighth place, one out of the money. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! BETMGM and State of Michigan are now partners in a criminal enterprise. Someone should investigate that!

The math and percentages are so far off it makes hand values different from actual poker.

i encourage everyone to go through the garbage hand history this site provides and check this for yourself. See how many times 80%+ favorites lose post flop. If you don’t know the math you will have to use a poker calculator, because the video hand history does not provide the percentages. Also the hand history only goes back 100 hands, so you have to do this many times to get anything resemble a real percentage, but the more you do it the more you will see how off the math is. I get that the site makes money off of rebuys and bigger rakes, but i don’t understand how this can be beneficial. The argument that you see more hands and therefor you see more bad beats can easily be disproved when you go through your history and see how hands actually play out. Obviously hands that don’t get called to the river can’t be included and you can only use this calculation on hands that complete, but if you start keeping track of stats like how often 80%+ hands lose post flop, you will most likely see that it is not even close to the actual math. I will also add that the customer service is a complete joke and if you ask for help with things like getting a more comprehensive hand history, you most likely will not get a response beyond something computer generated.

This site is one of the most rigged, fake things I've ever seen in my life. In particular the POKER app is a joke. i've been a winning poker player for close to 40 years. My conclusion is you either operate with shills and bots or at the very least bots. Please spare me the discourtesy of trying to tell me you'd lose your license because that would not happen if the state is in on it with you and that is perfectly within the realm of possibilities as far as I'm concerned with as corrupt as the government is at every level. Furthermore I genuinely hope the tribal affiliation with the casinos in Michigan is dissolved very soon as they are among the most corrupt casinos in the country. What a joke!

I deposited $25 from my bank account. The only reason I was downloading BetMGMPokerMichiganCasino & depositing money was so I could play cash games of poker, specifically Texas Hold’em. I have no other interest in doing any other kind of gambling. Right away I noticed my balance said I had $50, I wasn’t sure why this happened. I figured that because it was my first deposit and that MGM was matching my funds, at some point I thought I had seen some of these types of promotions going on with gambling sites offering to match customers deposits for incentive. I figured what a nice surprise until I tried to enter a $10 table of poker, and I was denied. A little window popped up telling me I had insufficient funds. So next I tried a $5 table and then $2 table with the same window popping up denying me access.
I then asked for help and I was told that because I was given a bonus (which I didn’t ask for) I couldn’t play the cash poker games. I guess I have to play their computer games, and to add to the frustration I was told I need to deposit at least an other $625 before then end of October.
The helper did give me the option to go into my account and remove the bonus. I have to do this to be able to withdraw any of the $25 I just deposited. Right now I don’t have the ability to withdraw any of what I just deposited. And to add to the frustration the direction the helper gave me to remove the bonus, just so I could play some poker is so confusing and I couldn’t figure it out. I usually don’t have issues with navigating but this has been nothing but a mess. I just want my money back but I can’t even do that right now.

After playing both casino games and the poker app for awhile it’s become blatantly obvious how rigged this site is. Even poker, which should be completely random, is ridiculously obvious it’s set up. I strongly urge anyone who reads this to avoid this and all gambling sites. Obviously gambling of any kind is a risk, I’m certainly not ignorant of this fact. But playing online makes it far to easy for these casino’s to run an algorithm to let new players win enough to get hooked, and then slaughter you with losses. I knew the slots and blackjack were this way, but tried my hand at the poker app thinking playing other actual human players would even the odds. But it didn’t take long to see the pattern of very obvious sketchy scenarios happening. It’s not like real poker where some skill is required. And you can’t communicate with the players so it wouldn’t surprise me if there are casino bots you play against which will flop a 4 of a kind consistently to steal your great hand. There is no way to prove this however, so I write this as a warning to any person who enjoys playing cards and/or gambling. This site will rob you blind. An actual physical casino will fare much better as far as the potential for winning any money. Avoid this site and all online casino’s!!! Scam of the century!!

Where do I start smh…..If you love taking bad beats on the REGULAR, getting beat out massive pots by donks who have 0 clue,that shove way behind then hit miracles? Then this is for you. I’ve been playing this trash for about 3 months and the amount of bad beats I’ve taken is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Someone should investigate this trash! The only reason I played was because it had fast payouts(few hours). But after taking an unreal amount of bad beats, I honestly recommend y’all go play any other site over this. Update: AI or cheating has gotten to MGM MI app. Delete BetMGMPokerMichiganCasino from your phone immediately. I went back and reviewed over 400 hands from the past few days and it’s either cheating or they somehow “throttled” my account for making an $800 withdrawal after a tournament win. I guess they don’t actually want you pulling your winnings out “fast and easy” like they claim. iPhone app has been crashing, and giving all types of problems. Saying I’m not “in market” when I’m clearly in MI. Kinda scary and I deleted and will not be using again. Play live.

Old review: I was bummed when I was unable to find a site to play a real cash game or tourney on my chromebook. Thankfully, BetMGM runs on my iPhone beautifully and fast. Great tournament structures. Fast payouts!

Just never play a tap joy game unless you think it’s fair to miss 64 dollars worth of kicks consecutively no or watch $2 per pitch to a guy who doesn’t even swing 2/3 the time or miss 90 percent of your putts and never hit back to back before just like all the tap joy games your last $10 gets jacked, consecutive misses regardless of anything you do besides leave but you won’t because there’s no way you could miss that many times without a winner, yes you can over and over the foreplay varies but fair and random does not apply unless you believe missing 41 in a row is as likely as hitting 41 in a row.

When you start hitting consecutive kicks that pay repeatedly your stake plus a couple cents, get out , its priming you to keep betting regardless of how many in a row you missed, the this isn’t possible to miss 13,14,15, 20,25, broke.
Still waiting and recording every tapjoy session to see this repeated anomaly happen in the opposite manner.

Spend your money on Poker Stars, you’ll be treated much better for it. When you use your points to buy bonus money from their reward store it goes right on your account. Also when they say they’ll give you sign up bonus they do. As opposed to MGM where they make you drop the bonus cause they say it’s for betting only. I’m the first place I saw it was on the poker site for poker. Then if you buy MGM bonus money from their reward store, it’s locked. You have to earn so many points to unlock the money. Then when you unlock it, they make you earn points to get the money, they are supposed to give you. They divide the bonus by five and you have to earn a certain amount of points to unlock each fifth of your bonus. Then if you address the customer service department they just make you repeat yourself over and over ask how they can help you when the concern has been addressed I. The message above there’s. Them when you resend the message they continue to ask you for information you just sent them in the message. Then when you let them know it’s not in your transaction history they tell you check your transaction history. On top of that, I’m pretty sure they have enough ther employees or bots that work for or rep MGM, and the games are rigged in there favor. It’s absolutely impossible to be up in chips ahead of everyone in over 20 different t tourneys have every one cover over 100 to one at the least get into an all in situations. With a monster dominate hand that gets sucked out on that many times in a row. It’s just not possible. It’s a real gaged cheat, the whole site is rigged. I don’t know if it’s on purpose or not but the things that happen with the cards here are not realistic. I have seen things happen in 2 months on this site that I haven’t seen in 20 years of playing poker. People (including me) hit huge hand and get beaten. Draw the only card in the deck that can help them and basically it’s like the algorithm favors the underdog. To the point where I have started feeling better about coming into an all in situation slightly behind than ahead because It’s more likely that I will outdraw than hold up. Unless I draw my card on the turn. Then inevitably my opponent will improve on the river since they are then the underdog. This cannot be an accident. No pure random generator would produce these results. Poker players don’t want this. We want a pure game. We don’t want it to be equally fixed. I don’t believe any player is favored. It seems more like big hands are created to induce action. This isn’t just a whim. I’ve been keeping track. Just as an example a player that is at a 70% disadvantage should make a winning hand about 15 times out of 50. I have seen and recorded this situation amongst players 50 times and out of those 50 times the underdog made their hand 32 times. That’s not an anomaly. That’s not an accident. That’s not acceptable. That’s not poker. That’s gambling. Please fix it. Also, why no chat? The pre picked emojis and phrases don’t cut it at all.

It can’t be anymore obvious that mgm decides what cards you get, and who wins and who loses. Casino games are always set up to the house’s advantage, why can’t you just let the cards fall how they are? Are you people that greedy? I feel you do it according to someone bet history. Like if you deposit everyday they make you lose because they know you’re going to deposit again. However they might throw a small win in for you now and then to keep your hopes up. They let the people that don’t play often win because they want them to return. Think I’m making this up? The algorithm seems to favor the underdog the majority of the time. It is better to be behind with a draw, than ahead with a made hand. There is a good selection of tournaments and cash games. My issue is with the “spins”. Multiple times I have bought into a game and was advertised one payout but paid a different amount. My most recent experience: Buy in $10 Spin Game (Spin Game consists of 3 players, you buy in and it shows a wheel that determines the payout and the pay out is either 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x, 25x, 100x, 400x, etc your buy in.)

I bought in to a $10 Spin, the wheel displayed a payout of $250. It was advertised as $250 prize during the duration of the tournament. Upon victory of the tournament the message stated, “Congratulations you won $200”

So it was displayed as $250 but they only credited me with $200. Now I am pretty sure this has happened to me before but I thought maybe I made a mistake. This time I made sure to pay attention to it and I am 100% sure that’s what happened.

I contacted customer service and they can’t tell me what the payouts are for a spin game (2x,5x, etc) I’m not even sure that $200 was an option. The problem has not been resolved. I am still waiting for an email after waiting on a chat for 20 minutes with no progress.

I believe you have your sit n go tournaments in failure mode. I used to play on a site I can no longer play on. During this time on that site, there was never a wait when joining sit n go tournaments. No there is some what of exaggeration I have you put up more stated ,due to the fact that I did wait, only for couple minutes at most and it was full table sit n go in action.
I think you need to offer more turbo’s rather then ultra turbo and/ or 3 min blinds.
These ultra fast sit n go become more luck , which is part of poker, so deal with it such as I do. However if

Played for quite a while, was enjoying it. Made some money on some of their bonuses. After a while I started gettin errors saying I can’t play right now because it can’t verify my location. Went back and forth with live chat. Played more then it was shutting down when I was in real money tournaments. I would literally sit there and watch myself get blinded out and not be able to do anything. Now they are playing hardball with my few dollars they stole. No in the process of waiting for them to figure this out they want to ask me all the questions that they already have the answers to in the live. Chat transcript. I’ve gotten to the point where I’m snotty with them now. With all that being said now, my pokerexperience is not going so well. I do pretty good on this and now every good hand I get is just smashed by another player. It’s not even randomly. It seems like every time. Go figure.

When you’re knocked out of tournament, you don’t even get an opportunity to see what hand beat you—your site immediately flashes to the next screen in a milla-second, advising where you placed. I played in a tournament last week and finished 1st, 2nd or 3rd without knowing for sure with your screen immediately again flashing to the next screen. It said I qualified for a $45 entry without any description or direction of what that even meant. I don’t know what to look for or how I get entered. IT JUST HAPPENED AGAIN—COULD NOT SEE THE HAND BEAT ME.

First time player here, and find the play realistic and for a lack of a better term, smooth. I play mostly TH poker and I like being able to interact with my table companions. And I really like the live tournaments that are offered throughout the day and evening, various buy ins and prize money are as stimulating as if I were on the casino floor.
If slots and other table games are your thing, there is a huge selection to choose from and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Hiccups

Customer service is a little sketchy. i feel like im talking to robots sometimes but other then that they have the best slots in the business. And its not even close. Ive seen people actually win before large sums of money and deposited right to there bank accounts. ($50,000.) Unfortunately i have not won in a long while anything really big. But i did win some fairly decent sized wins before. i tried using someone elses card though at one time and my account has been seemingly wonky ever since. So dont make that mistake and if your looking to gamble i think mgm is the right choice. Also i recommend getting schooling for knowing how to do taxes before getting involved with this industry. Its more the governments fault for allowing it but mgm will submit every spin,bet, poker win small and large that was a win to the IRS. And claim that the person won all of that money which technically yes they did. But they also lost in most cases 2 times or more of that of which they won. And it is up to the player to provide the IRS with that proof of every single bet of any type showing a loss.

Website functions well with a few glitches now and then. Wins seem on par with live play in a casino but slightly slanted to the house. Craps has more 7’s than I’ve ever seen in live play. Blackjack runs great usually, great variety of slot games. Sadly the 25 Free Spins every night is gone and replaced by other promotions that have few rewards. I enjoy gaming on this site but am spending less than usual.

Suggestions for your app. I just placed in the final table. When the hand ended it went straight off the table, before I could see what the other players final hand was!! It would be nice to be able to review the hand or for it to give you a few seconds to comprehend how the hands played out!! Kinda sucked not know what the other player had!
