Doesn’t work after you pay

Worked great until I reached my daily limit of downloads, so I upgraded to the monthly plan. It sill says I have to upgrade in order to use the app when I already did and have the receipts.
Update after response: Of course I’ve tried restoring purchases, logging in/out, deleting & restarting, the app just doesn’t work and I already deleted it I am giving up
