I had put in to cancel my app subscription on 3/6/26 as my free trial would end on 3/7/26. For some reason, the subscription didn't cancel and is holding up my apple account. I should not have been charged $34.95 as I cancelled it one day before free trial ended. Please help me to resolve this issue.

This is the absolute best sobriety app ever, and I have probably tried literally all of them. I love how each day you get a new sunflower it’s SO motivating. I didn’t realize how much having a sponsor would help too. If you’ve been trying to get sober and maybe you’re on your 20th relapse or something you have to try this app. It’s like nothing else out there.
