The Rock Identifier app is new for me. It won’t open to begin use. I have one for plants and mushrooms that work great!

paid for one subscription .app worked once..then crashed..I want my money back

No matter what I do I can't get this app to work, I have re-installed and once the app is loaded I can't click on anything to get it to open or if it does open it crashes. Can anyone help?

Close and restart the Rock Identifier app on iPhone
Update Rock Identifier app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rock Identifier iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rock Identifier on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rock Identifier network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Rock Identifier not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rock Identifier App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rock Identifier » click [Force Stop]

Update Rock Identifier to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rock Identifier App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rock Identifier » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rock Identifier.

Fix Rock Identifier unable to contact server/ Rock Identifier internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rock Identifier » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rock Identifier » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rock Identifier
