I had trouble using Transfermydata. Forgot about it when I had accepted defeat. A year later. Get an auto renewal email that I could not cancel using my iPhone 12max. The screen they give you to push the cancel button was not readable and off the page on the mobile version. Meaning I had to use my computer to login and cancel. Then after cancelling they didn’t cancel completely. Just for one month. They i had to log in again and cancel again.
Be wary of this one.

Transfermydata does not actually do the one thing I wanted from it, even though it claims to do so in its advertising. Transfermydata also requires you to sign up for an annual subscription before it will do anything. The most fundamental problem, though, is that Transfermydata crashes every minute or two, forcing you to restart the transfer process dozens of times for every few GB of data you want to transfer. I had hoped that Transfermydata would succeed where Move to iOS failed, but I was misled.

My phone screen cracked because I accidentally dropped it from my balcony and I had to shift all my whatsapp chats, pictures, contacts and everything within minutes because if my charge dies, I won't be able to retrieve them. I am able to review my files with mobiletrans and it also gives certain prompts about reconfirmation and that's a good hing. Unlike anytrans which is in a lot of hurry at first but by the time it transfers files, even my children will grow up and have children. If you know what I mean.

I usually shift whatsapp chats between my professional and personal phones a lot. One is an ios 13 (personal) and other is a HTC Wildfire X. Instructions say to open app on another device, select phone type and scan QR code. You have to download Transfermydata onto the other device to open it which leads you to the same instructions so neither device can get past the start page!
