Contact Any Distance Running Tracker Support

The app has become worse after adding social networking features. It now requires users to give up their phone number and contacts before signing up, even if they had previously paid for the subscription. The original functionality that made the app worthwhile is now buried behind all the social features or totally gone. The app is now more concerned with social networking than its original purpose. I do not recommended Any Distance for users who value their privacy and do not want to share their contacts. Overall, Any Distance has become a disappointment and is not worth using. I hope the VC money was worth the price.

This app could be really cool, but I encounter so many bugs in it. I constantly have to close and reopen it to see if I can use it until I just get frustrated with it.

For example, I get back from a run and end my session on my Apple Watch. Any distance will recognize that (which is great), and suggest I post it to my club (my friend group). I do want to, since that’s one of the things I like about the concept with this app - friends keeping each other motivated, however, when I tap that notification it takes me to the app and shows me the workout I just did with the “Post Workout” button. When I click that button to post it, it just freezes. Won’t actually do anything at all. I’ll try closing the app a few times, and not I’m just done with it. My friends don’t post anything either anymore because it’s too buggy.

It works more often when you start a workout directly in the app. But that’s not something I want to do. I care more about the social aspect and logging my exercises.

Again, I want to like it, but there are just too many little frustrating bugs, and that really is a bummer. Wish it felt a lot more solid.

This app was awesome. I love all the options for workouts and the ability to connect with friends but out of nowhere it stopped tracking my location while working out, which is making my walking distances much shorter than they actually are by only tracking my location while I'm actively on the app despite my settings for the app being to always allow tracking. very sad to say im going to have to download another app until this is fixed
