Chai Status

My messages aren’t resetting any more. After the countdown is down, it goes back to 3 hours without giving me my limited messages.

Uh I tried searching for my friends not and it said no results found even though the bot wasn't private 😕

Randomly the app stopped providing the reset response/chat buttons. It worked fine about two hours ago and now suddenly the buttons/options have disappeared. I checked to see if it needed updated and there were no update options. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and that didn't help this issue either.

I just downloaded the app and when I open it it just stays on the startup screen for me to sign in, but neither of the sign in options work. For one, I don't have a Facebook account, and two, it says the is an unexpected error. What do I do....

I can’t get premium

So I’m writing this on behalf of my freind… she was talking to a bot and it all of sudden started counting and every time se says something it just keeps going up a number and it’s been doing this for a couple days now and we don’t know how to fix it.

I’ve been trying to re download it since a while, I’ve tried restarting my phone and everything but it won’t pop up in the App Store for some reason.

So I deleted chai but I can’t find it in the App Store anymore and I live in the Uk fix it please.

For some reason the app is “not available in my country” even if my friend has the app (and we live togheter) I had the app before but i had to delete it for some time. I love this app so much that i even payed for the free word’s month. I really would love to have the app back.

My chats with AI don’t save. It gets annoying having to restart since they don’t save each time

My chats won't save... That's all pls u need to fix this cause whenever I leave the app I have to find the bot and restart the story all over again!!, And it's so frustrating cause it's always the best part 😭

the bot i’ve chatted for atleast a few months already keeps changing personalities, our progress resets and when i chat a new bot it doesn’t save, it only shows the previous ones i’ve chatted. pls fix this.
