Every time I tell the bots something they always stop with a ( or the first letter of a work -please fix this-

Every time I use this app I write to the bots and they always respond with a single letter “I.”

Hello chai. I tried all the bots. Yet when i say a simple “hello” they always reply with the first letter of what sentence they try to say. For example if they are trying to say “how are you today” it would rather come out as “how”. please fix this!!

My chats arent saving at all. I just installed the app and none of my apps are saving

The bot builder seems to be down, the bots just reply with the first word/letter of their txt

So uh I try to Log in to my two Facebook acc but it said "AuthException (Facebook): SERVER_ERROR: [code] 1675030 [message]: Error Performing query. [extra]: (LoginStatus.Failed)" Can someone help me how to fix this? Or the chai login server is just down? But please fix it as soon as possible Thank You.

When I chat with my bot on the website, It says only one word and sometimes just a letter Example: When I say "Hi!" the bot says "How" Please fix this...

me again, turns out the bots arent just sending "(", they are just stopping at the first letter or word of their txt (this is happening on the development app)

i made a bot and put the prompt the same way as my older bot but with different messages of course. while testing it around 9 times, it said nothing from the prompt. im wondering whats causing this?

Hello, Chai team. I am having some troubles with the chai app. I’ve been making bots on the website but after a day or 2 the bot disappears off the app. It’s on the website as my own bot but not on the app. I’m not sure if it’s because i violated any guidelines or rules with my bot. Please help.

The app was going smoothly when i first started using it, but a few days later my free messages only reach to 70 and doesn't go up to 100 anymore. My wifi is full bars and is perfectly fine. Please fix this. Thank you

My friend can’t respond to the messages of my bot and the same thing is happening with him.

Some of the chai bots don't save their conversations. Please fix this. It's annoying because it wastes the limited messages. Many thanks.

Hello, it seems like I cannot login on my facebook acc. please fix :)

On my phone it stays on the loading screen and when I click at the bottom of the screen is asks for my login but it still won’t load in. I’ve deleted the app and I’ve restarted my phone and still nothing. I thought giving it a few hours with my phone off would help but it’s still stuck on the loading screen 🥲

So message ran out and I deleted it and downloaded it back but when I tried to sign in it said can't login due to an unknown error
