My name is mahlatse pheeha so on march Ive subscripted to hitmeal but i was a free trial then i cancelled my subscription the same day but surprisingly few days ago you guys decided to take my money and why I don’t understand coz I cancelled my subscription and I wasn’t using the app since so i have been seeking help but it seems like you guys are pure scammers coz you aint responding me even at instagram you don’t so let’s make things easier for the both of us please kindly refund me my R289.44($14.99) peacefully if the subscription is not cancelled on your side then cancel it coz my apple (itunes) doesnt show a hitmeal subscription because I’ve cancelled PLEASE PAY ME BACK MY MOOONEY PLEASE I don’t want any drama my money only please don’t tell me to request it at apple coz it doesn’t show anything I kind request my money please.

Hey! the app appeared to me on Instagram and I responded because it was in my native language! After charging my card, I noticed that the amount was different from the one shown and that the application is not even available in my country! I would like my money back.

I cancelled subscription the same day as I subscribed and 5 days later you took 14.99€ from my card! I’m suing if u don’t return my money.

I have been using your app and I would like to know how I can delete foods that are saved in the diary. There are so many foods that are repeated over and over again. It will be so much easier if I can delete some that come up I suggestions when I am adding my meals.

I’m trying to understand the menus. When making an omelette, it refers to eggs by pieces it says six pieces …that can’t be correct. I can’t be using six eggs for one omelette. All the recipes refer to the items as in pieces. I can’t accurately make the recipes.

I don’t know how they got my name but I never signed up for this ridiculous app that has no information for me at all cancel it immediately I refuse to pay the 1999 that you so brazenly put as a subscription I will get to the bottom of it and will not stop bothering you until you get rid of this subscription I cannot afford it I can barely put food on my table

Unable to look at details of this plan without subscribing, I went ahead and subscribed. Upon my perusal, it looked very confusing. I immediately canceled my subscription. I am continuing to get messages from them and the subscription was not canceled. It shows that it will continue for another year. These people are obviously experts at dodging customer input because I cannot find an email for them, nor any contact info.
