Trying to contact Vshred customer service. I want to get a refund. I went to support@redacted and was directed to Chat but nobody responds. Do they have a customer service phone number with a real person?

Called the number to cancel and it will not take phone calls so sent e-mail, no response. This company is a scam all you get is tons of e-mails and just selling stuff

I asked you to cancel through the email link on your site because the guy just kept on talking and talking pushing other products. I was still charged. And I want a refund!!!!!!! I have been trying to receive a refund for the program I purchased when I found out this was not the program for me. This purchase was on March 17th, 2023 and I still have not received my refund of $124.00. Can someone tell me why this is taking so long and why no one has responded to my request for my refund?

Yes, I ordered your pills and I received them but I have not started them cause I am waiting on the cook book, the excercise book plus all the other stuff that I was promised I would get. I wanted to start them all at one time. Plus, someone called the the next day and asked if I would like to order some other pills. So, I did and I have not received those neither. I would like to know what is going on. I would like to start all the pills and do all the work outs with the cooking, but I can't. Well. I ordered program. But first I had to wade through several ads for pills and powders. That is what not what I signed up for…more ads. Finally I got an email from Vince to add their app. So I did. When I go to the app all I get are more adds for more products. Nothing I was promised in the video was available. Just more adds. This totally sucks. I am going to try getting money back and if I can’t I’m going to contact the atty general of Illinois and ask him to look into this. Also if enough people are interested in joining in a class action law suit I might consider joining it. Walk in peace.

I was looking but didn't think I ordered it. I closed it out beforehand but was still charged $135.22. I keep sending messages, only to get no response except the first time with an auto response saying they will respond within 24 hours. They did not. 30 day money back guarantee is false.
