The addition of Bluetooth and the Cricut Heat app makes pressing super easy and gives consistent great results! I love having the step by step directions at my fingertip.. I would like to see the addition of layering to the instructions. It would be great to input number of layers and get those instructions! I do also really like the link to detailed instructions and that it remembers my last project. Well done!

Definitely need when you are using cricut iron-on vinyl. If you are using a polyester hockey jersey (very expensive) then you need to know how long and what temperature etc to use. I just did my grandson's hockey jersey with name and number....came out great. CricutHeat has everything needed for iron-on

This machine is so cool. I am so happy that there is an app that helps you use the easy press more easily. Very cool t definitely recommend.

Set up my hat press last night and created a ball cap. Attempted to log in to the Heat app today to make another cap and the screen just returns to the log in screen despite trying a forced closure of CricutHeat , removing CricutHeat , turning my iPad off and reinstalling CricutHeat . Same issue. Useless hat press if you can’t open CricutHeat .

I’ve been trying to update the firmware for my heat press through CricutHeat as it won’t let me use the press otherwise. Every time it has failed. Very frustrating.

Got a new Heat Press 3 and when I got it of course go through the setup and it says an update is required and you can’t use CricutHeat without updating. The update takes forever and fails every time. Contacted customer care and they sent me a replacement and the same thing happened. Now called them again and they are sending me yet another one but don’t think it’s the machine I think it is CricutHeat not updating correctly 🤷♂️

Purchase a Cricut easy press 3 and I was trying to set it up but it says update required. The update takes forever and when it gets to the end of the update it fails. I’ve tried it on 2 devices, tried unplugging, and tried it on different days. Very frustrating that I cannot use and it’s brand new!

I recently purchased this from target and was excited to make some custom soccer shirts for my son for christmas . I have been trying to install the update for the last 2 hours and it always fails. So disappointed. Will be returning it. They should change the name it’s definitely NOT easy press.

Terrible app. Firmware will not update which makes this unusable from CricutHeat . I’m sure the extra cost was because it’s suppose to be Bluetooth capable but you have to manually apply your settings. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Pretty disappointed. I just bought the hat press and I can’t even set it up, because CricutHeat won’t let me sign in. (The numbers and symbols don’t show up when I click to switch to those from text) Please fix!

I have spent countless hours troubleshooting your app with reps on the phone. The only solution they’ve come up with is wait for an app update or I have to purchase or borrow someone’s android device today my BRAND NEW EASY PRESS before I can use it for the first time. I’m so disappointed. Cricut please reach out to me.
