App unusable

Terrible app. Firmware will not update which makes this unusable from the app. I’m sure the extra cost was because it’s suppose to be Bluetooth capable but you have to manually apply your settings. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Update failed

Purchase a Cricut easy press 3 and I was trying to set it up but it says update required. The update takes forever and when it gets to the end of the update it fails. I’ve tried it on 2 devices, tried unplugging, and tried it on different days. Very frustrating that I cannot use and it’s brand new!

I recently purchased this from target and was excited to make some custom soccer shirts for my son for christmas . I have been trying to install the update for the last 2 hours and it always fails. So disappointed. Will be returning it. They should change the name it’s definitely NOT easy press.
