Close and restart the Yolk app on iPhone
Update Yolk app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yolk iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yolk on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yolk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Yolk app issues:

Force Stop the Yolk App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Yolk app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Yolk to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yolk App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Yolk app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Yolk.

Fix Yolk unable to contact server/ Yolk internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Yolk » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Yolk » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yolk on android.
