If I could give it Zero stars I would. If you went through PayPal file a refund through them, they are actually a good honest business! And don’t trust the App Store reviews they buried the bad reviews with fake positive ones. Fighting with Dancebit through PayPal currently, they have tried to buy me off offering 40% back of the money they stole, I’ll take my chances with PayPal you scammers. Dancebit sends no notices before the “process” (steal) your money and then try to act like it’s your own fault. I have honest company’s that I auto renew with and they always notify me before any money is ever taken. DO BETTER!

Con artists that like to rob people of their money! Use a different app as this one is a SCAM!!!

I did the free trial and canceled before the time to charge. I need to be refunded.

Total Scam! Do not sign up, you can never cancel! The contact form in the App does not work, have tried to cancel that way plus sent numerous cancellation emails. No response, instead they repeatedly attempt to withdraw payment - sadly first time they got lucky. My bank has now blocked them, but am concerned they'll find a way around it, now having to close my bank account!

Just tried to contact the company and I got a message that said "to prevent our systems from fraud, kindly wait for some minutes and try again" wtf?? I tried again and again and it won't go thru. This app is a scam!! Do NOT give ur credit or debit card number!!

I don't even have a subscription with dance bit and y'all are still charging my card!!!!!! Why??? I did the free trial and cancelled so I shouldn't be getting charged 3 different times, 3 different prices every day!! Why am I still being charged when I cancelled?? Ive seen several people on here that are having trouble cancelling and are getting charged as well. Answers and refunds better be provided to everyone before your turned into the BBB. I'm thinking that's gonna happen real soon.

I am echoing what others have said here and it is not OK to not do you people right with money and for something that they show interest in and want to try out for a fun healthy activity. Taking someone’s money without their agreement does not help one’s health, so it’s counteractive to even begin to get this app when being charged and repeatedly, so and the money being charged as up very quickly, do a very high amounts., they are by creating much stress and again causing one’s health to suffer. I just recently attempted to get the Dancebit trial, and it is fine if I am charged once the trial is up, but I am positive that I put in an option for what to be charged if I did not cancel my subscription after the trial period ended… and regardless should be able to cancel it at any time especially after the money is being automatically debited without my consent. Please give me a call (my number is 214-491-8901) if necessary in addition to an email reply promptly to indicate how I am to go about canceling my subscription for Dancebit because I do not work a full-time salaried job right now, and I cannot afford to keep getting charged repeatedly, and I honestly don’t really have much time on my hands to use the app these days anyway. Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation to cancel my subscription and ensure I do not have any further money debited from my monies. If your reply and support/help does not happen very soon, and no later than a 24 hour period, I will be seeking legal consult and you will be hearing from an attorney and that is not a threat at all. I do have an attorney on-call should I not receive a prompt reply, and a halt to any further funds taken from my account, including if they are steps that I need to take to make that happen on my end, you will indicate and be very clear (not ambiguous at all) as to how I may do what I need to do, what I need to do, and I when I need to do it to ensure no further funds are taken from my account for the Dancebit app. I I previously submitted an email regarding this issue and received a response that I would receive a response within 48 to 72 hours. That was on March 17, 2023 that I sent that email and today is March 21, 2023, so well over 48 to 72 hours and I have not received a response at this point, for a total of five days after my last email, addressing this matter, and requesting a cancellation of my Dancebit app subscription.
