Qube locked my account its been 7days as of08/01/2021 why they haven't told me why but says one of the support team will be in touch in 1 to 3 days now first thing there if i have an issue with my account i wanna know immediately so i email give multiple contact information i get left with no funds no way to feed my family our continue normal day of life i get direct deposit to Qube i call the number it say not in service for two days finally ive had it i want human on phone they proceed to say they cant help me get my account back open our release my funds so my 2 children have been left without financial support im stressing because its only US me and wife 2 kids no family around so im selling anything of value i had no problem with the account until it was a major disruption to our lives no gas to go to work walking 3 1/2 miles one way i want someone held accountable for the way i have been treated as a customer i feel like my funds are being held hostage

I have not had any issues that others had with rudeness. Everyone is nice however they are never available until about 8 hours later when they are not needed. I usually have to google to find answers to what I need.
I have not issues using the card but to get my card funded is a pain. I usually have to wait 3-5 days to have the card funded. If those days land over the weekend then it takes longer. I am using this for a cash envelope method and while I am waiting I need the money so it really messes with my budget. You can do external transfers from you bank but my bank charges a minimum of 28 to do that. There is an option to get it funded by your debit card but I always get a message that is not available at this time. I do not understand why they do not have zelle? This would help tremendously.
I had some issues with the card not working when I get gas. I normally had to go inside and prepay then it might work. To me this whole thing is too risky when I work hard for my money.

Do not waste ur time everything is all fine until something goes wrong and you need their assistance first of all they never answer the phone they respond to emails whenever they feel like it I had some fraudulent activity on my account and instead of shutting my card down in sending me a new one like normal banks would do be completely locked me out of my account and allow the cardTo continue to stay on so whoever has my card continued using it they have a long dispute classes at the clean room for you provisional credit after the first 10 days that’s if they feel like giving it to you .Long story shortI’ve been like out of my account for three months while they do their investigation just two days ago I was told that the investigation was ruled in my favor but my account is now closing and I still l have yet to receive my fundsThese people are rude disrespectful and racist if you ask me but that’s a whole Nother topic

I was so excited about this company. But they really let me down. They froze my account without giving me a reason and haven’t gotten back to me. They initially said they would explain why my account was frozen within 2 days. On day 3 I sent an email and was told I would get a response within 24 hours. Nothing. Sent another email. Nothing. My husband sent a Facebook message and was told they would get back to us ASAP. Still nothing. I’m so sad. The worst part is we had to borrow money from my parents because we couldn’t access our money in the app. I had high hopes for this. Once I get my money out, I won’t be using this app anymore.

UPDATE: the customer service team is so bad! They are sending me rude and unhelpful responses. They are acting like I should know what’s going on and it’s my fault. We contacted the Better Business Bureau for help. Hope they can help us get our money back!
