My printworker will not connect after not using it for a month. I am using a pixel 5 android phone. It was working fine before. Kathy

Printer will not connect to print. I usually have to uninstall and reinstall app to get printer to connect, but now that isn't even working.

Common dislikes about PrintMaker app

- Tool to help it print straight didn't allow printer to touch paper

- Inconsistent speed for longer runs

- Magnetic board didn't work

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PrintMaker app issues:

Force Stop the PrintMaker App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PrintMaker app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PrintMaker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PrintMaker App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PrintMaker app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PrintMaker.

Fix PrintMaker unable to contact server/ PrintMaker internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PrintMaker » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PrintMaker » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PrintMaker on android.
