How to fix PrintMaker app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PrintMaker app on iPhone
Update PrintMaker app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PrintMaker iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PrintMaker on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PrintMaker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PrintMaker Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PrintMaker not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PrintMaker App
1. On android, goto Settings » PrintMaker » click [Force Stop]

Update PrintMaker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PrintMaker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PrintMaker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PrintMaker.

Fix PrintMaker unable to contact server/ PrintMaker internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PrintMaker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PrintMaker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
