Very slow card, very high ping value, slow refund process

I tried to contact the after-sales customer service to solve the problem, but it just kept sending me emails, and no one dealt with the problem at all. This is an app that cheats money.

I bought a lifetime membership to this app based on reviews. They were wrong.

I haven’t been able to connect for the past 2 weeks at all. All I get is a message saying the ‘server didn’t respond’.

I did contact them and they gave some suggestions that did work one time, but haven’t since.

Worse still, once I try to connect (and it fails) then I can’t get online at all even though I have a signal. This never happened before I had this app. The few times I was able to connect, then the WiFi worked fine. Now every time I try to use this app I have to end up restarting my laptop and reconnecting to my wifi a number of times before it will start connecting again.

I’m not a technical person but again - this did not happen before I started using this app.

Lastly - supposed to be able to have it on my iPhone as well through the subscription - never worked once on my phone.

Do not waste your money and time on it. I am unable to connect desired service on UDP, TCP and other protocols. Customer service is of no help. Streaming doesn’t work. Use some reputable service.

I have tried connecting using both iProVPN and the OpenVPN protocol on multiple platforms. Connections are constantly dropping and some servers just straight-up never work at all. There are plenty of competitors that actually work.

Installed iProVPN on two iPhones and an iPad worked fine for one day. Now I cannot connect to any servers. Every time I try to connect it turns the WiFi off and then times out because there is no internet connection(go figure you just turned the WiFi off!!). iProVPN was uninstalled and reinstalled on all 3 devices with the same result. Thinking it’s a glitch in their software. Pc app works well, just wish iProVPN did the same.

Been testing out this VPN on a trial. iProVPN design is nice. Thus far the VPN has been stable, with fast internet speeds. Would love a few more options from the service, like Wireguard, and the ability to enable and disable the ad blocker. There are only a few locations to choose from currently, but that’s understandable given that it’s a new service.

vpn is a useful connection for connecting networks.its secured for connection. my experience with this connection is 100%satisfying. it renders me a great service in my emergency period.i just love the usefulness of this connection.

I bought this from Mashable if anyone else buys this please review it and let me know your thoughts. It’s currently working on my iPhone and I was able to connect to different servers around the globe. I tried Spain and it actually change my ip to a Spain one. I hope this continues working.
