I bought a lifetime membership to IProVPN based on reviews. They were wrong.
I haven’t been able to connect for the past 2 weeks at all. All I get is a message saying the ‘server didn’t respond’.
I did contact them and they gave some suggestions that did work one time, but haven’t since.
Worse still, once I try to connect (and it fails) then I can’t get online at all even though I have a signal. This never happened before I had IProVPN. The few times I was able to connect, then the WiFi worked fine. Now every time I try to use IProVPN I have to end up restarting my laptop and reconnecting to my wifi a number of times before it will start connecting again.
I’m not a technical person but again - this did not happen before I started using IProVPN.
Lastly - supposed to be able to have it on my iPhone as well through the subscription - never worked once on my phone.

I tried to contact the after-sales customer service to solve the problem, but it just kept sending me emails, and no one dealt with the problem at all. This is an app that cheats money.

I have tried connecting using both the app and the OpenVPN protocol on multiple platforms. Connections are constantly dropping and some servers just straight-up never work at all. There are plenty of competitors that actually work.
