NASCARatCOTA was foisted upon me as the only way to access my already purchased tickets. usage of NASCARatCOTA is linked to ticketmaster. so you’d think your TM credentials would work on NASCARatCOTA …Nope! you have to create yet another account just for this dumb app. then to load up my tickets to NASCARatCOTA i had to log into TM within NASCARatCOTA . just plain dumb.
why couldn’t i just be sent an email with the ticket barcodes that i could so much more easily access on race day, like a normal event. whoever conceived forced usage of NASCARatCOTA should be fired. can NASCARatCOTA be used for other COTA events - no. can NASCARatCOTA be used for other TM events - no. did i say dumb yet?

It works pretty well. Was able to add tickets to my apple wallet. One thing that might suggest is to clarify the difference between “Circuit of the Americas” and “Ticketmaster” ticket sign in. It looks like it’ll be a great app for race weekend!

First I couldn’t see my tickets after logging in on NASCARatCOTA so I transferred them to a new account. I can’t even log into the new account in NASCARatCOTA while on PC it’s just fine.
