Just recently I have not been able to use the BERNINA app as your Cloudflare checking system is preventing access. I am only using my home Wi-Fi as I’ve always done and it’s become quite an irritation as I can’t go beyond the human/but check it does. I have tried to reinstall the App and rebooted my phone without success. Could you please let me know if it’s something I need to investigate and resolve at me end or whether you have an issue with your system? I have always enjoyed using the App until now. Regards

How to fix BERNINA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BERNINA app on iPhone
Update BERNINA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BERNINA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BERNINA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BERNINA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BERNINA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BERNINA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BERNINA App
1. On android, goto Settings » BERNINA » click [Force Stop]

Update BERNINA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BERNINA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BERNINA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BERNINA.

Fix BERNINA unable to contact server/ BERNINA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BERNINA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BERNINA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BERNINA
