HomeplusLight and everything else is completely useless

I got the wrong app and I didn’t even help me I wont deleteplz help me 😫😫😫😫

TLDR below.

*The lights fade speed won’t go below “seizure level“.
*Customization settings reset when powered off.
*The lights remain on far too long after tv/ power source has been turned off. Then if you can get HomeplusLight or remote to function to turn the lights off, it’ll be futile because the light will inevitably turn back on again after a minute or two. I finally had to disconnect the lights from the power source to turn them off.

TLDR: App crashes/ won’t load, remote for the lights is garbage which renders the lights useless.

HomeplusLight doesn’t work and they know it doesn’t work. how y’all make a bluetooth app that won’t even connect to the product? make it make sense.. it’s pointless

HomeplusLight rarely ever works, it says connected but doesn’t redirect.

I did not think the music situation could get any worse than the other app but surprisingly it did. There is still no shuffle button and the screen shows less songs at a time. The only upgrade is you can pause the music without entering HomeplusLight . Please get this fixed to where it will play on any platform as a Bluetooth device just as speakers do. I will most likely not get this brand again I’m sorry to say.

was offered HomeplusLight as a solution to a problem homelight plus had, fixed the problem with a solution that was worse than the problem, the solution was to merge my 2 lights, and my roommates 1 light together, with no way of separating them

The is nothing like what the pictures show and it just switches color fast but doesn’t let you sync it up to music or your tv.

HomeplusLight itself is good the response and everything but a big thing that messed it up is j. Modes there’s only fade and jump... no strobe,smooth. Or flash! So I have to go on the remote to change the mode which is annoying also music and voice mode is just useless and doesn’t work good tbh

I got these lights as a Christmas gift and they are working perfectly fine but I lost the remote so I installed HomeplusLight and I tried connecting to the lights but it won’t work nothing else is connected to Bluetooth yet it still doesn’t work.

I’m really upset that it didn’t work. I downloaded HomeplusLight , and tried to connect it. Whenever I did it would say disconnected. Please fix this issue. Thanks 😊

HomeplusLight doesn’t match the photos. There’s no way to do a gradient which was one of the main reasons I got these and none of the modes on HomeplusLight are the same as the ones shown in the photos. Is there a way to fix this?

When ever I on into HomeplusLight it doesn’t always connect to my phone, the sleep timer also does not work. Also my lights used to go a lot lower than this but now they don’t go as low as they used to.

The light are good but I can’t get on HomeplusLight for some reason

I don’t use Apple Music and was sad when I found out it didn’t have Spotify where I listen to songs daily it would be so cool to listen to songs I love with lights I love but other than that it’s good and I love the colors!

Whenever I try to use the music mode on HomeplusLight it instantly crashes, but besides that it works good👍🏼

I don’t see the change in HomeplusLight from the last version it’s the same thing with some more vibrant lights. And where’s the metro mode I saw on HomeplusLight photos

Not really the best app, but it can do. Please make the speed on a mode go real slow at 0 percent, it goes fast compared to my other LED’s. Also, the fade. Please make a mods where it fades into the next color without fading into black. Thanks
