How to fix FaceGim app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FaceGim app on iPhone
Update FaceGim app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FaceGim iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FaceGim on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FaceGim network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FaceGim Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FaceGim not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FaceGim App
1. On android, goto Settings » FaceGim » click [Force Stop]

Update FaceGim to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FaceGim App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FaceGim » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FaceGim.

Fix FaceGim unable to contact server/ FaceGim internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FaceGim » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FaceGim » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FaceGim
