With the new update it’s impossible to see members of each chat, while before it was possible. Right now you can only see 6 members and then it says “view more” but the button is not clickable so you actually can’t see them. Can you please fix? Should be an easy one. Thanks

Just in general OneRoof is too basic still but good starting idea! Il give a 3 start and change it if it improves

Good app, but it forced me to give access to all my pictures before i could send pictures through OneRoof . Also i cropped sensitive information out of my picture and it posted the original instead of the edited version which scared me. They should give an option to unsend messages for all for things like this

I really am so happy this app was thought up. I met a couple neighbors organically that later weren’t the right fit for me but when I met folks thru this app based on common interests in multiple areas like reading, exploring outside the building, cooking and most importantly support. One time I needed spices I didn’t have im my kitchen got a recipe on a cold day, I posted on this app and neighbors came to the rescue. It was awesome! Another time we shared plant clippings. So cool! Easy to use and always improving. Totally recommend in this era of separating humanity this app is the new normal.

In today’s modern world where everyone is more interested in texting on their phones rather than meeting new people, OneRoof combines the best of both worlds. I found OneRoof intuitive and super easy to use to meet new people. The manager of OneRoof even reached out to me to help organize more events to grow our community which I thought was super nice and helpful.

Very good idea for busy cities like NYC! I like how OneRoof is organized and it allows sharing of topics/chats. I wish there were more events by a central champion.

I received an invite in my mailbox to join the this app group in our building, because a neighbor had the great idea of starting a group chat. I think it’s genius, especially if you’re living in a crowded large building. Now I get to know who I live around, and already have so much in common with most! I’m meeting with really cool people here and we are planning a time to get drinks together on our rooftop. I see people selling things and talking about local spots. It’s really an awesome app, especially in the times we’re living. Even if you’re not the social type, I still think it’s helpful to know what’s going on around you.

Meeting your building mates can be tough, especially during lockdown. Getting to know my neighbors through this app has allowed me to build those connections without having to see them IRL.

Cannot recommend OneRoof more highly! It should exist in all buildings. Connect with neighbors, share recipes, exchange pet sitting - all in one place!

I downloaded OneRoof 2 weeks ago and I love it. It helped me meet some people I would have never thought could become my friends and I am so thankful for that!

OneRoof is exactly what I needed to be able to connect with my neighbors, living in a NYC building. It allows me to find pet sitters for my fur baby, sell/buy things, exchange info - all with people in my building. It’s well designed so that separate chats exist depending on the occasion/need. Think of OneRoof as your gateway to meet, communicate, and connect with neighbors without having to awkwardly be the first to speak up while in the elevator together. So far, I’ve had great success in finding people with similar interests and have bought/sold items in my apt without stepping a foot outside of the building. Highly recommend!!!

I was invited by a friend to attend the first this app event here in Miami and I immediately decided to sign up and organize events in my building too. The idea is very good, a nice environment for people who want to get to know each other, discover new faces and make friends.

We use OneRoof in our building to stay in touch with neighbors, it’s been extremely helpful to know what’s going on around and conveniently buy/sell things as well! It’s also super useful if you have a dog (and cool neighbors, like we do).

Got to actually connect with people throughout my building and actually build a fun community. Would highly recommend to people who want to interact and make new friendships and connections

This city can feel so lonely sometimes (especially during a global pandemic) and OneRoof allowed me to get to know people, make friends, ask for favors, and exchange stuff. It’s an easy and intuitive App; not sure why it didn’t exist earlier!

Moving into a new city, it was hard to meet new people. Until I found this app! I made a profile in OneRoof and started texting and interacting in the groupchats! I love it!! Great way to meet people in your building, become friends, and spend time with people who live right next to you! Love this app

Very easy to sign up with, I got a postcard in my mailbox the day I moved in to my new apartment building found it easy to use and user friendly. I have bought and sold items with OneRoof to neighbors and I am in the process of setting up a biweekly building poker game…

I received an invite to join OneRoof through mail. Even with living in a building with so many people it’s hard to get to know neighbors. OneRoof is well organized and makes it really easy to interact and finally meet with your neighbors on an easy method. Def recommend downloading and joining the growing community to connect people!!

I came to NYC not knowing a single soul and for a year I pretty much stayed to myself (COVID didn’t help 😩). Thankfully this app came into my life and changed everything. I started meeting neighbors for weekly drinks, was able to solve some building issues with a little teamwork, and found my dog some new friends! Love OneRoof so much! Wherever I move next I would beg them to adopt OneRoof as well because I don’t know what I would’ve done without it.

I’ve used Nextdoor in the past to get local info. But it can be annoying if you’re living in an urban area, as you get posts from people with all sorts of irrelevant complaints and information.

This is like a more relevant form of community app, since it’s just your building. I also love how my neighbors were able to easily organize some great get togethers and events. Had a yoga session on our roof and a great cocktail hour. All around nice simple design, I think there’s functionality for the building managers to send messages and communicate with tenants as well.

I was literally just having a conversation with my roommate about new, organic ways to meet other people in our building. We just moved to NYC during quarantine and it has been difficult meeting people.

Excited to see what my neighbors and I have in common! Great idea!

This company sent a letter to my building pretending to be one of my neighbors that had made a “group chat” for us.
The letter was not sent from within my building, but by this company this app, pretty deceptive considering they ask you for your personal information and apartment number.
Big no from me.
