I have a problem with OneRoof

No current problems

- Inability to see all members of each chat in the new update

- App is too basic and needs improvement

- App requires access to all user's pictures before sending pictures through the app

- No option to unsend messages for all, which can be problematic for sensitive information

I've turned off all notifications and I still get endless notifications, please help

To resolve OneRoof network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the OneRoof App
1. On android, goto Settings » OneRoof » click [Force Stop]

Clear OneRoof App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OneRoof » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OneRoof.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OneRoof » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OneRoof » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OneRoof
