When I opened the app, it grabbed a location near me from GPS and made it my home location. When I attempted to change it to my actual address, I was prompted to upgrade to the full version to be able to do so. Really? How are you supposed to plan a trip without setting a starting point?
Failure to be able to change even the most basic information without paying for the full version renders the app unusable to me. I can understand that adding locations, or notes, would require an update to the full version, but preventing a user from setting up a basic profile is pretty unforgivable. Deleting this app immediately!

Very disappointed the the paid version of this app. I was hoping to use the app to plan ahead and see stops to add along the way. We are going from texas to Florida, I mapped the route, clicked hotels and it showed a group of hotels in north Arkansas (a state we are not even entering). The companies soliton is too zoom in, piece by piece rather being able to conclusively plan the trip, we have too basically look 4-5 times but by bit. There is not way better than any free app such as Google Maps to plan a route. In fact google maps actually shows things “along the route”.

I can’t fully commit to paying for premium if I can’t see what I am paying for. I need an app I can commit to for my trips. There’s not enough with the free version to make an informed decision. So I will go with the competitor RoadTripper. With that I can see what I am paying for. Too bad. I was open to trying something different from the usual.
Unfortunately they lost me as a customer from the beginning. Maybe in the future they’ll change this and I can consider them for my next series of trips.
