5 Most reported problems 😔💔
I downloaded the app and went through the process of making an account but when I try to login on it always says there is a problem.
Good morning. I Down loaded the turning point tv app from apple apps. No problem there. But when the page come up to enter email and a password it keeps telling me there is a problem and to try again. I’m confused that it never asked me to set up an account before this. Did I miss something? Can you help? Thank you

I just downloaded the app, but it doesn’t seem to work. All it does is fill the screen with a white circle with a triangle inside it in the middle of a red screen. I tapped on the icon, but it does nothing. Maybe it has a bug; maybe it’s too early in the morning for someone to “turn on” the TV?
Unable to create account

Error message on trying to create account. Tried through the app and the website. I tend to create long passwords with various non-numeric/alpha characters. If the error is due to the parameters of the password, it would be helpful to know what the limitations are.

Can’t use the app. It won’t accept my info saying an error message has occurred and why do we need to sign in every time we want to listen/watch?
