Can’t use TurningPoint . It won’t accept my info saying an error message has occurred and why do we need to sign in every time we want to listen/watch?

Error message on trying to create account. Tried through TurningPoint and the website. I tend to create long passwords with various non-numeric/alpha characters. If the error is due to the parameters of the password, it would be helpful to know what the limitations are.

App stays small 2x3 screen. Does not go full screen….very disappointed that this would be launched in this manner….expected way better of DJO.

I just downloaded TurningPoint , but it doesn’t seem to work. All it does is fill the screen with a white circle with a triangle inside it in the middle of a red screen. I tapped on the icon, but it does nothing. Maybe it has a bug; maybe it’s too early in the morning for someone to “turn on” the TV?
