You might adjust whatever security issues inside that customers might not see or understand but not loss the friendliness of MyEthiotel . When first launched it saves passwords and it have some updating current balance issues but it was okay i used it regularly despite some times at evening un able to purchase packages but it was okay … now i don't even use it for the past months because i don't want to login or remember my password every time i want to buy packages because it is on same device

After updating to the latest version, it has stopped working. It shows an error message with an invisible font and background when I try to login. I also have tried resetting my password but noting worked.

ethiogebeta full access like crbt and maybe 810 credit balance checking and other service. Simply make MyEthiotel main for all Ethiotel customer services. and 10Q guys

MyEthiotel was working well but now when I try to use now it keep on saying update the application even if I did it’s not working

Nice update! You updated MyEthiotel on time, but sometimes It have some bugs/errors when i try to buy a package or something. Fix these errors.

MyEthiotel is a good start however I don't think it's getting the necessary bug fixes and updates an app needs. Its sometimes frustrating. Especially now a days it's full of errors and short circuit errors. You guys gotta fix this please!

It has a lot of bugs,i couldn't read the error messages because of poor interface implementations,could have had a better looking UI.

The new update looks well and all but seems like it’s not optimized for smaller iPhones, none of the buttons on the main menu work for my iPhone SE (1st gen)

After the update they removed lots of features and now it doesn’t even work at all. Why does everything has to go backwards?

I can’t login to MyEthiotel … it always come up with an invisible line whenever i tried to log in on iOS.

The previous update was fine but this new update keeps prompting me to login every time i open MyEthiotel
I don’t understand why it doesn’t keep me logged in

MyEthiotel is not intuitive at all. Would expect a lot of improvement work in UI design on next release.

It was really good when it was realized but now I keeping crashing whenever I open MyEthiotel I can’t use it anymore cuz of that, please fix it faster

1st why I can’t use ussd code by MyEthiotel like other android apps ?
2nd I can’t find check my balances option!

Best but all things not working there was no fast solution for e.g in post paid Simcard not sent a gift

I have been using MyEthiotel on my Android phone & loved it. I did not find it on MyEthiotel Store before but I found it when I scrolled down. I advice you work on how it may come as the first choice when one searches for MyEthiotel .
