Today I feel OK Feeling a little better than yesterday understanding things better hoping to MoveOn positively not worried about things as much just do you importance I guess so we’re going to get on it so we Gotta do is wrong as everything with my family and my husband are great and bad things are taken care of didn’t realize a lot of stuff till now although sounded very funny if this is true that is so disgusting and I guess you do not know somebody to know somebody right but all in all don’t care I don’t care about our a little kids kids in general. My kids but you know what I got a focus on things that matter right now to get to those things that I can help later so I have to go now because everybody is a base a little funny fizz. And Indy was acting a little weird.
It’s difficult to use Halo as a journaling app because most entries are tied to “moments” defined by Halo . If you want to write your own moment there isn’t much you can add to it like weather, activity, mood, etc you see in other journaling app. Very limiting…
Amazed at how intuitive and easy Halo is for a historical old fashioned pen and paper journalist! Works so well with my iPad Pro and pencil and has great prompts and encryption protections so you don’t have to worry about your intimate details being shared. I like how you can do additional journaling activities if you have more time/need that day for various topics ranging from boosting creativity to mindfulness. As an avid writer I’ve found these tools to be very helpful. 10/10 recommend
Try to understand a person that live with alcohol and a person to live with anger all the life
I am really enjoying the routine of journaling at the end of the day. It is helping me find many things to be grateful for and that is helping me cope and minimize my anxious thoughts and other symptoms that come with that. Thank you for this thoughtful app.
I just stumbled upon Halo. I love to journal but found I wasn’t really inspired to write. Halo makes journaling fun. It helps you discover what’s really going on in your mind and delve into your feelings. Definitely recommend using Halo!
I truly believe Halo is worth the download. It has made journaling really easy for me and I would highly recommend it for anyone who feels like they don’t have any time to journal.
I love Halo and would use it forever but I don’t have the money to pay for it right now and sadly probably won’t for awhile.
Has absolutely helped me to get started to start understanding how simple it is to journal and you guys are doing a great job with this program. I’m slowly but surely learning, and it feels great.
I’ve always been the type to know exactly what to say but never follow through. This all really helps to get out of my head and put it down in writing.
Highly recommend
I’ve been dealing with personal mental health issues and being able to journal my thoughts into it really helps, and when i’m happy i can also journal it too, makes me feel like i’m not alone. :]
this app keeps me on track with recording my daily thoughts. I don’t have to keep a journal with me all the time, I have my phone. It also provides a sense of privacy as it is not obvious with what I am doing on my phone.
Thanks for having this outlet for so many of us who dont have many in our corner or are just not real trust worthy of others. This helps me journal my daily thoughts and to not keep it all bottled up inside, Thank you again Shelly Ann Rea
I give it five stars because ever since I start using this it has been a habit and not like another app that always sends notifications whenever they like but Halo you can manage when and how your notification is to be sent.
I just downloaded Halo after looking for an app that would help me journal even though I occasionally lack the motivation. Halo was the cure to my motivation problem! I’m hoping that I don’t have to pay anything after a certain amount of time to keep using Halo because I’m in love!
I’m currently in therapy and trying to find other ways to heal from trauma and I use my iPad to journal and I never really pay for apps but I definitely did this time and it was worth it for 4.99$ a month and it gives me so many journal entries and new things to understand while addressing my emotions throughout my day!! 10/10 recommend !!
I feel like I can say what I want about Halo but one should just try it out and form there own thought.
It’s very inspiring and motivational. Specifically, when those days hit and the notifications for Halo pop up.
Just pour out the thoughts that run through the mind and see the feelings that associate with those thoughts. Hope this helps!
Well I have to say that this is a good idea to write my feelings and moods down after work. This is a great way for me to decompress after I get home. I usually have a long, rough, and hectic work day. I was pretty much all by myself working I have no help from the other manager. So my mood journaling really really helps me. This to me is a great Idea. So I can just let it go and move on and make sure that I leave work there and not bring it home with me.
I’m thrilled that SEVEN, the workout app I love, brought me to this app. This is Halo I never knew I needed! I love the journal prompts and options. The bedtime journaling really helps me relax into sleep better. Mostly I use Halo in the evening and I’d love to get to doing morning pages and some of the other options as well. I’ve enjoyed a couple of courses in Halo as well. If you’re looking to create a journal routine for whatever reason, you will benefit from using Halo. It will guide you.
I’ve used tons of journal and this one is one of my favs coz of the way they allow you to optimize it to your liking when it comes to tags
