So three weeks ago , I was getting weird messenger messages on my phone. It said in order to look at this suspicious video I had to put your app on my phone. When it did, my phone screaed VIRUS VIRUS VIRUS. So i immediately deleted the VPN app icon. I did not know that I had to do more. So I was billed $16.00 on my account. For something that i will never use. So my son investigated further, and removed subscription. ? So I would like the fees reversed because I was unaware of this process.......
