I had a hard time with the sign on through the Phone app. I had to go to your website to sign on then I was diverted back to mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies . I am still amazed that after ordering every month for 3 years I have only had one order go smoothly. At this point my expectations are very low. I have responded many times with suggestions on how to fix the problems but this is your problem not mine.

I’m a Type 1 diabetic and order my insulin pump supplies through Byram. I am running very low on cartridges (they were ordered over a week ago. When I called to check, I was told they were on backorder and should be ready to ship the next day. It’s the weekend, so I asked for expedited shipping. Was told no because it’s not their fault. I asked to pay for expedited shipping. Once again, no, because the order was sent to the warehouse already. I’m hoping I don’t run out of supplies before I receive what I need. There was no type of apology. They don’t care that these are necessary medical supplies, not some luxury item. I regret doing business with them.

I placed my quarterly order in January as soon as I received the previous receipt. The shipment was due on April 8th-I received no shipment notice after one week and had to call to find out where the shipment was… The customer service person informed me that they were waiting for the doctor to respond but one of the requests was received. A few days later I checked mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies again only to find out the entire order was canceled!!! I ‘chatted’ with a person who assured me that they would fax the request back to the doctor ( I was in the doctors office) per my request of 15 minutes. They still haven’t received it after 3 hours. The doctors nurse that handles those requests understands the urgency and has even called Byram to try and straighten it out.. Still no confirmation on this being resolved. Bottom line- I will not have my continuous glucose monitor. To me this is simply unbelievable…
Stick with calling or using byram website. App is useless

After multiple uninstalls/reinstalls, customer support attempts, and all possible ways to troubleshoot; the conclusion has been made that for any remote chance of success completing anything with byram, calling or online is the best options. mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies doesn’t work, period. I’ve not been able to even get pass the login screen.
mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies and the website are both a complete nightmare to use. Every time I need to reorder supplies it’s a game which one is going to work, today its neither. This company is inconsistent sometimes I get a text, sometimes a call, and sometimes a email to remind me it’s time to reorder. It would be nice if at least one of the methods would work consistently. If it weren’t for insurance reasons I wouldn’t waste my time with them. If you have a hour and a ton of patience this company is for you. I have run out of both.

mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies is obviously not connected to their back end system. For 2 months, now, I’ve place and order using mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies and received an app based confirmation # and an email confirmation with the same #. A couple of days later I get another email with a different confirmation # for the exact same order. Like someone has to go to mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies based orders and manually(?) push the info to their “real system.
Also, the dashboard page lists a confirmation # that doesn’t match either number that I was provided.
Calling customer service does no good because CS doesn’t have a clue how mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies looks or works.
mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies IS NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME!!!

I used mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies in July and it worked great. I used it again in August, received an email with a confirmation number. After 2 weeks I called about the status and they said the order was never received in the system. They told me that I should always call and verify as there are glitches. Why bother with mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies in the first place if I still have to call?

I try to log in and it will let me, but I click on any link to order history or any other and will say no order history. Trying to reload or click a different link takes me back to log into screen and will just sit on “signing in” circle and keep trying to load.

Very buggy works one time next time nothing says try again. I placed an order got confirmation text and email order received, two weeks later got a text it’s time to reorder supplies !! What happened to the order that was confirmed ? Delete mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies totally a waste I have placed 3 orders paid a bill twice after the third order it’s saying I owe and have only received one order DO NOT USE mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies
I’ve been trying to login and sometimes it does and sometimes it does not. When it does, it tends to say it needs to login again when I click a different option at the bottom. Still haven’t been able to check my order. Keep having to go to my computer as I’m unable to successfully login or stay logged in through a session. I’ve checked and I do have the latest version of mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies .

Was hoping their new app would have the option to show any current payment plans on my account, which their website was never able to do. Unfortunately mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies is the same, and no where specifies of any payment plan. So of course that means I cannot reorder thru mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies or online, and must call a customer service rep each time I reorder so that I can explain to them every single time that I have a payment plan and I’m not going to pay the outrageous minimum balance charge that mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies /online says I must pay to be able to order more supplies. Stupid

Rather difficult to get App and set it up (may be due to my age, 75). I spent hours going back and forth between email and the internet browser, trying to enter the requested data. Trying to get tech support left me wondering if such an entity exists, I had no success in reaching them. After countless hours I was finally successful in getting everything set up. Using mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies was great, it was responsive and for the most part, intuitive. Problem, for me, was trying to figure how many units I needed between my previous order and the new 90 day supply. I checked the “90 day” box but didn’t see anything different in the order or any indication that I would be switched to the 90 day. Again, I tried to get help from the “help” button at the bottom of the page but got no reply or response. This is where I am at at this time.

It’s a little clumsy but better then the website. Every time I make a small change I have to start back at the first “step”, then continue to step 2-5. It would be better if it picked up where you left off. I added a payment and started back at step 1. I got logged out 2x and had to start at step 1 again.

App has been very nice & handy. However, turn around time from when order is placed to when it’s delivered is terrible. It’s a bit better now that FedEx is delivering again but takes weeks to get them to FedEx
mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies is pretty utilitarian and simple, which is a good thing in this case! I don’t want or need a fancy app that’s gonna need a billion updates and patches for my meds! The thing I always notice and that annoys me, is that if I’m shipping equipment to my doctor, it forces me to update my correspondence address too. It’s a little confusing.

mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies allows me to reorder the supplies my autistic daughter needs quickly. They even have the option of 30 day or 90 day supply! I love how easy Bryam is to use, not only that but the customer service representatives are always so polite.

This group has been responsive to my concerns about failing sensors. I am pleased with the way they handled the situation and was able to help me stay in control of my diabetic management routine. Looking forward to continuing use of their products.
No more “waiting for the next available representative” (even though they were always a pleasure to deal with). mybyramOrderMedicalSupplies is simple to use. Easily walks you through every step to make the ordering process a breeze. Highly recommend this supply company and their app!

Got it yesterday, was able to log in. Opened it today, blank screens. Same use after closing it and reopening. Deleted app and redownloaded now it doesn’t even give me a way to log in.
