Close and restart the Moodly app on iPhone
Update Moodly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Moodly iPhone app

To resolve Moodly network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Moodly app issues:

Force Stop the Moodly App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Moodly app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Moodly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Moodly App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Moodly app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Moodly.

Fix Moodly unable to contact server/ Moodly internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Moodly » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Moodly » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Moodly on android.
